Yeah, that.If anyone is confused about the "cardiac arrest" thing you keep hearing on the news, that's because you're misinterpreting it. The phrase they're using is 心肺停止 (shinpai teishi). The common meaning of this is "cardiac arrest," but it's also used as a euphemism by Japanese news outlets to mean "unconfirmed death." It's as close they can come to saying he's assassinated without an official statement from the government.
