I'm not done digging yet but I found some potential leads, and some that might be useful later so I'll include it in case.
First up is the guy who is dumb enough to write his name on the banner of his YouTube channel. This is such bad op-sec I was wondering if it was a stolen identity, but he comes up with other accounts on other social media sites, some linking back to his monkey YouTube. Meet Monkey Homeless, part of Sovana Team (Navy Tube, lower in the post, is also a member), a.k.a. Plong Reaksmey.
Here is a channel, Primitive Monkey, that links to all their social media, including a public Twitter with followers if anyone wants to go digging.

Going to dig through the followers more but it led me to this other monkeyfucker, Mix Animal, and their followers too.
Here is another one I found, How Monkey Cry, that has a Twitter account with more followers than expected from these guys.
Here are some other miscellaneous emails/Paypals/accounts that didn't turn up with too much but I'll post them here in case they might be useful for something later on or might lead someone else in the right direction.

What does "troop" mean in that context?
I see that word associated with monkey content all over the place. If you search "Amber Troop" for example, every google result is monkey-related.

There seem to be teams of people doing this, calling themselves teams or groups. Some of these teams seem to have one monkey at a time and others have multiple. Sovana Team loves hashtagging and has a few YouTubers/channels who tag themselves as part of this group.

These people definitely co-operate with each other, and it may be beneficial to actually send someone to do "boots-on-ground" work, to see if we could get some names and other dox from naive assholes like Reaksmay. Local authorities, as we see in India in regards to tech support scams, are probably in on the whole thing due to what it contributes towards the country's economy.

They do, until they don't anymore. It's definitely a group effort on their part but as us KiwiFarmers know well, with any community comes in-group drama. It might seem cohesive and like it's them against the world when they are targeted by "Karens" and other outsiders, but like we saw with Mr. Ape being doxed by the other monkeyfuckers and the mentions of people being banned from the Telegrams on 0chan, they aren't lacking in in-group drama. Throw drugs into the mix (most of the former ones have mentioned a lot of addicts are in this crowd) and something is bound to happen. Stick around long enough and it's bound to get even milkier.
