It's possible but my running theory is its a sexual abuse cope. Null has confirmed that these groups are tied to pedophilia and victims often become perpetrators. Additionally, its fairly common for rape/molestation victims to develop a kind of kink towards non-consensual sex as a way of dealing with the loss of autonomy they experienced. I'm fairly confident that a large number of these people - of both genders - have a history of molestation.
