I think that it's becoming pretty evident that any romantic relationship between Meigh and Ralph is non-existent and may never have existed. Ralph has made it clear that almost if not all relationships he has are transactional to him. I think she decided that either Faith would have to go or be the one dealing with any romantic relationship with Ralph as more than once she's expressed being interested in anything that doesn't appear like Ralph, i.e. women, loli, Digi, etc. Once rid of Faith she set ground rules that Ralph can run around and chase hookers, etc which let her off the hook for a physical relationship with him, but she always wants to be in the loop so she can prevent anyone else stealing her free ticket. It's why hookers were OK, but she freaked out when she found out Ralph was chasing Alice. May doesn't want competition.
For Ralph, Re-Roll was a means to prove to everyone he has a child and wife, etc. For Meigh, the child was a way of maintaining her status and having something she believed she could control Ralph with.
I think what we are seeing now is the beginning of the buyers remorse for each of them. Now that Ralph has Meigh and the baby he doesn't really feel the need to pay attention to them of deal with them because 1) its the womans job, 2) he already got the trophy/achievement in peoples eyes so they serve no new purpose to him. Its clear that between refusing to end his stream when she was in labor, his immediate drive to the disaster of a bowling tournament, his almost 3 week European trip, multiple DC trips, etc. that he's only been around his own never-wife and child for 30 - 45 days out of about 100 now. He streams almost every day, all day when he is home as well. This all paints a picture of someone who is not happy, excited or even very interested in having a child.

So there's a woman I see regularly for work reasons that I just clocked as a trans.
