The fact these people never get pushback for their ridiculous claims are telling. They really do believe the ONLY thing that makes one male or female are hormones.

I saw that tweet and I thought that was mighty stupid.
The motivation behind the transition doesn't matter. it doesn't matter if they transition because they want to be woman, think they already are women or if the possibility of ranking higher in sport I also there somewhere. I really don't think people transition just to get a leg up, appart form specific cases, like men transitioning in jail to get an easy time, or Dylan who is " transitioning" to boost his career. (Or pretending to, I don't see any major change in the way he looks, he is only committing to the theatrics, he still looks just like a skinny guy and can grow his beard back at any moment )

But the reasons why are irrelevant. What matters is: do women have a right to their own category, or not. Do they have the right to compete among themselves without having to compare with males.

Like I've said before: if you read statistics about HRT and surgery "improving outcomes," remember that those statistics usually rely solely on surveys asking trans people if they are happy they got trans healthcare. Just wanted to note that you don't need to rely on the freckles (I also think the face is clear enough especially in his other photos), he provides enough information as "moby dickgirl" that this is definitely him, he has gobs of tweets attacking the Australian Greens for being transphobic and saying that's why he left the party. As you note in a later post he did seem to have a job, was taking classes, had a social life including dating and actual sex but appears to have abandoned all of that to make his life worse by trooning out and spending all day on Twitter which has led him to conclude he's going to be raped to death any day now by fascists. Giving estrogen to women is not really done anymore. I had a hysterectomy and my doctor has never even brought up the subject. I think if a womans hot flashes are really bad they might offer it, but I don't know. Artificial estrogen really increases the risk of cancer and other major problems. One of the big doctor groups came out and said that in general the risks outweigh the benefits a number of years ago.

Which is why it's so bizarre to see it handed out like candy to men. If it's so risky for women that they don't give it to us unless we really need it, why are we giving to men who are not even designed to use the hormone? Obviously it's to shut them up and get them out of the office so corporate can make more money by seeing more and more patients, but I consider this at least borderline malpractice.

You need to talk to someone about that. Sounds like the extreme version of pms. There's medication that can help (birth control I think, maybe psych drugs), if that doesn't help then they may suggest a hysterectomy.
