Sadly, FOSTA and SESTA make that illegal. They were passed supposedly to stop online sex trafficking, and they made it worse and more dangerous because they shut down most of the escort ad sites so women are forced to work under a pimp again and possibly walk the streets, and they shut down the rate-a-john sites where sex workers could post about dangerous clients (like Russ). The cops were actually unhappy about those laws being passed because it made it harder to track sex trafficking victims and rescue them. Sure, make it illegal to use the internet to sex traffic someone, but don't make it illegal for sex workers to try and make their job somewhat safer. And the laws also don't distinguish between sex trafficking and consensual prostitution, which means the cops and feds have to waste time trying to "rescue" women who are patently not in danger.
