I can't really get a proper read on most of the Phase gen 2 girls right now. I usually reserve judgement until they are a couple weeks into streaming. I remember a lot of people here disliked Mumei when she first debuted and now she is probably the most beloved of Council, so you can't really write them off just because they have a rough start. That said I do have some thoughts:

-Remilia felt less like a debut and more like a declaration of war. It's cringey enough when someone with a model like Choco does that "I'll step on you" bullshit, but when it comes from someone who looks and sounds like a 5 year old I can feel my spine compress with how hard I recoil in disgust. Hopefully she drops it but I don't think I'll stick around to find out.

-I was expecting Shiina to be the stand out talent and it appears that my assumption was justified.

-Pretty disappointed in Erina, I was definitely looking forward to her the most. Some people have said that she was disiniterested but I think she was just nervous. She tripped over her words and rushed the ending after becoming flustered. Her debut was much shorted than the others and was probably the only Vtuber debut where the model wasn't looked over in detail. That makes me think that she cut it early due to nerves. Hopefully she will be more confident in her next stream.

I really like the idea of her posting videos of games she can't do on stream on her off days. Hopefully she can do this with Pokemon Clover as it has one of her favorite schizos as a main character.

Very close to enthusiast level for kpop, Dreamcatcher is great and has a unique style that's more comparable to anime j-rock at times, more of a western internet darling compared to domestic success and of all the big boy bands, Seventeen is the best choice, they're mostly self-reliant and self produced and I feel like they have the best ensemble of unique members.
