For lack of me actually listening to the show or having many details about the exact department(s) involved, he very well could have told his local PD, but the LA area is massive and has a lot of PDs, some of which might not be at all above stepping on other jurisdiction's toes "in an emergency".

If there is one thing that is abundantly clear about this particular swatter it's that they have a good sense for how to send the message that short circuits some of these protections at least once.

Also, if it was a big department, not everyone within might be aware of a "check by phone first please if caller claims to be Dax Herrera" note stuck on some dispatchers monitor, or whatever the digital equivalent of that happens to be.

She wanted to get married and have kids and felt unsatisfied with her relationship cause Dick wanted to have a throuple with Jamie Lynn Hughes. She never got either and is somehow still with Dick.
