Wanted to circle back to this after some minor thought. I think Tony might be interpreting this wrong (a surprise I know) and thinks it means something important. I think all this section that he highlighted as important (while ignoring all the text that explained what the order actually is) really just means that the judge is saying she is erring on the side of the parents rather than CPS on what to do immediately. CPS says troon care bad, parents say essential medical care, the judge is saying the situation isn't dangerous enough that it can't wait for December's trial so she's going to accept the parents claim as if it's true to proceed. (Common practice in courts is to proceed as if the petitioners claims are true rather than evaluate whether or not they are actually true until trial. Basically courts ask if we assume petitioners claims are true, do they have an actual case?) Tony probably only thinks in wins and losses so he likely had trouble with "let's be cautious and find out" and thinks the judge declared BIG WIN!View attachment 3472823

New tweet from Tony I just wanna nitpick a little. First off, damn, Judge Meachum seems just a tad bit liberal. Also, everyone knows that judges are well known as and widely regarded as the foremost experts in the medical field, right? Anyways, Tony should get his reading comprehension skills up because literally only 1 of the dozen reasons listed in his selection from the ruling actually pertain to "harms that are caused by denying trans medical care to trans teens". The one reason relevant to Tony's claim is "the deprivation or disruption of medically necessary care for the parents' adolescent children", which is true. Parents should be able to obtain any medically necessary care required for their children's health and well-being. Wether or not puberty blockers and HRT are really "medically necessary" is very much up for debate, but that's another topic. Every other reason listed is related to being the subject of an active child abuse investigation and to privacy rights, and all of that is debatable if the investigations actually end up being deemed "warranted".
Also,
>increased incidence of depression and risk of self-harm or suicide
Sounds a lot like normal trannies
But, anyways, big win, y'all! I'm sure it won't be simply over-ruled by another more sensible judge.
There's a good chance that the exact wording the judge used comes directly from the parents filing and is not something she independently researched and came to conclusions about for a simple order like this. Even though the judge is a progressive Democrat I think she may just be going the route of being skeptical of CPS claims over parents who deny everything which is not something I find inherently objectionable. We will have to wait until after December to find out what the judge actually thinks about troon care, although I doubt it's likely she finds it to be child abuse. (Hopefully Tony remembers his BIG WIN here so I don't have to.)
Just wanted to note that I think this pricing is the default and is automatic, he's turned it on but not altered it to match what he thinks he can get. Interesting that he chose the right-wing transphobic Substack rather than the other less moderated Ghost that all the other right side of history members fled to when Substack said it wouldn't ban authors accused of transphobia.Further to Tony's complaining about TikTok, he now has his own Substack newsletter (archive). Shame he's only getting in on this grift now, when Substack have already been burned by blowing their whole tranny budget on Joe Lavery.
Two posts at the moment, both free, but he's got paid tiers ($5/month, $50/year).
