loser is a strong word from an unemployed middle aged neet who spends his entire day perjuring himself filling out false online DMCA forms like a cubicle drone as part of a pretend job for phil because he's so pathetic he isn't even worthy to be one of phil's 'official' unpaid employees. And then after getting off of his fake 'job' spends his offhours donating his allowence money to phil (who has repeatedly mocked and embarassed him in front of his audience btw) and doing some weird larping fantasy where he pretends to be phil's secretary and writes long speeches and essays to himself.

So is this person uploading content which isn’t theirs, or did they make those videos?

This is superkaren. His thing is filing false copyright strikes to abuse automated copyright takedown systems and he's been doing this for years. Probably doesn't have a job and just spends his whole day filling out tons of forms because he hasn't grown out of a 90s teen mentality and thinks spamming youtube's report button and essentially taking a full time unpaid job as an office worker makes him look like some uberhacker/troll . He tried to take down phil and got his ass handed to him showing that his 'superpower' is impotent against someone who's protected by the system so his response is to become a paypig and 'work' for phil. 'Work' in quotation marks because he's not even worthy to 'work' for phil like the other paypigs do and he just fantasizes that he is working for phil.

He has a thread somewhere here mostly focusing on his earlier prephil 'career' trying to dmca other random assorted dlist ecelebs, flooding discord channels with cp to get them taken down, threatening to rape underage minors, and other assorted hobbies. (Like I said, he has a ton of free time that would give phil a run for his money and is likely a NEET) There is a dox around that supposedly reveals his photo and some other details but I haven't looked into it deeply enough to speak about it.

TBH, I don't think he could open any more lines of credit. He was so desperate he had a peer-to-peer loan of some kind and super high interest rates all around. His credit score was already around the lowest it could be before the bankruptcy due to him not paying on his CT condo and probably not paying on multiple credit lines.

He hinted at it the same day he returned from his day off but this is now the status from every day now, not just the day before his day off. The money he gets from Thursday to Sunday goes to WWEC and from Monday and Tuesday goes to his day off. If ANY day is slow, he's gonna sound the alarm, maybe less so for WWEC but he is the greedy pig so who knows really. He could potentially be spending twice the money on WWEC than he spends on his his day off which already expensive and it's seemingly true. Hogan doesn't come cheap, he has to spend two thirds of his income on him, THAT'S HOW ADDICTED HE IS.

Phil has so few people supporting him that it's not infinite money anymore. He even acknowledged it in his "I need a computer" rant, that if his "fans" paid for his computer that he'd get fewer donations the rest of the streams. Yes, I know this is common sense, but it took Phil years to grasp it.

The diminishing fanbase is affecting day-to-day donations too. He had a marathon on Saturday, did relatively well. But now that eats up money that would have been donated on Sunday and Monday. There's not ANOTHER $400 for Sunday, and another $400 for Monday because there's no one left to donate it. He'll probably do well today with the "day off" beg, but we know where that money is going on Wednesday. But Phil is either in denial or still trying to bully the dents into "crowdfunding" his bullshit, so he rants about slow days and disengaged chat.
