How are your imaginary workout routines that don't exist according to real people that actually exercise? My personal favorite was "push/pull/legs split 1 on/1 off". That one was great because nobody does a 6-day cycle, especially one that would cause that much rest between re-working a muscle group. I am glad that I could teach you the concept of "push/pull" though after you tried convincing DSP's chat you worked out your entire upper body one day, including your forearms and "overdid it a bit". Guess you're following in Daddy Phil's footsteps with his phantom pushups and totally super legit don't question him about it though "power walk/jogging" routine.
