Since we're on the new PC topic, does anyone have the picture of the 1500 in you know who's bank account? I swear to god ive seen it before, but i couldnt find it when i looked. Maybe i made it up.

During the interview OIC mentioned that bank account and said he sent an email to Phil with the screen cap. We are still waiting for @JimJimJim to post those emails up.

@JimJimJim Oh hey there slugger! Glad to see you're back, are you still Googling basic gym terms to convince people you know what the fuck you're talking about? How are your imaginary workout routines that don't exist according to real people that actually exercise? My personal favorite was "push/pull/legs split 1 on/1 off". That one was great because nobody does a 6-day cycle, especially one that would cause that much rest between re-working a muscle group. I am glad that I could teach you the concept of "push/pull" though after you tried convincing DSP's chat you worked out your entire upper body one day, including your forearms and "overdid it a bit". Guess you're following in Daddy Phil's footsteps with his phantom pushups and totally super legit don't question him about it though "power walk/jogging" routine.

I don't want to validate OIC here by any means but push,pull, legs is pretty common now thanks to men's health and a few other resources. I for one have been doing it for a while and what you typed above is what I've been doing.

I do legs Monday (since everyone does chest on Mondays) and do push on Wed and pulls on Friday. It's 1 mile to the gym so I run there and run home on those gym days.

I cycle 20-40 miles on tue/thur/Saturday so basically I'm also taking a day off between gym sessions.

My trainer basically said there are 6 days splits and 3 day splits. But i prefer the 3 because im training for a 100 mile ride so i need to make time for that.

Not trying to hijack this thread for fitness planning but did i miss something?

You never separate a muscle group by six days if you're going for gains. Any magazine or trainer that tells you that is a hack. Push/pull/legs is absolutely a routine. Push/pull/legs 1 on/1 off is NOT a routine. What he's saying is that he does (1) Push (2) Rest (3) Pull (4) Rest (5) Legs (6) Rest and then resets.

That's putting five days of rest between his push days. This is a man that claims he juices btw and cycles tren and clen, meaning there's no reason to ever ever have that much rest unless he's the laziest man alive.

He didn't know what push/pull was btw until I literally had to teach him what it was.
If you're going for maintenance your routine is fine and is touted as a good maintenance routine, but nobody should ever be doing that routine for gains.
