Ignoring the fact that twitter pretty much went over this to the point where tekken 8 was trending, and I use twitter as an example of people debunking this cause it's phil's news source.

His “humor” is the most bottom-of-the-barrel hack shit I’ve ever heard. Most of the time you can predict his “humorous” comments after a character says a line, or something “funny” happens to him.

It's part of what makes his commentary so grating to the ears. Add that with his high-pitched, low-testosterone voice and tendency to over-extend his jokes to the point of killing them instantly, and you get streaming commentary that's so unfunny that he makes Vietnam War footage look like comedy skits.

He's been doing commentary for his games for over a decade, and he still doesn't know what actual humor is. The only times DSP is ever funny is when he pissed, raging, and begging for money.

Reviewbrah is a class act and has been doing content creation for years and is almost as lazy as Phil is for the Feasting with the King; the videos are all done in a single take and he will eat a good part of the item before discussing. That and he never badmouths the food too hard but will still offer harsh criticism if he doesn't like something, unlike DarkSydeKaren who complains about meat on the bone.

Thing is, he's charismatic as fuck and can articulate his thoughts beyond using the same 5 words over and over. Phil can only describe food as robust or flavorful.
