Foolishly I thought this Kino Casino show would be a great way to keep abreast of the Ralph lore.

used to be able to look past the tryharding hype any time a donation came in just because the show would cover a lot of the ongoing drama pretty thoroughly while this shit would move super fast, they were always ontop of it... The Guntening with Metokur was a pretty good stream, but now...

I think the big problem for KC is that in this SEKTUR there's a tipping point where the your demise becomes something fun that people start to root for. And once you get to that point you can't really recover. It happened to pretty much everyone I can think of that's been active. Even if Andy and PPP suddenly cleaned up their act and their show becomes better than ever, it's too late. There's now a large group of people that are actively going to try and trip them up that will sway most of the people watching them.

Jim basically avoids this by taking super long breaks, whenever public opinion starts to sour on him just a little bit he bails out immediately and doesn't come back for 6 months, at which point people are just so happy to get more content from him they'll memory hole whatever happened before whenever he returns. I don't think KC is gonna die, they'll have an audience and make some money for as long they can bother to fire up a stream but their show is now just another one that people will tune in for out in the hope of getting to enjoy some schadenfreude.

Edit : They also appeared incredibly weak and fragile by ignoring the rioting chat, sweeping them with bans and then denying they did. It gives away you're insanely paranoid about maintaining your image and people from now on are going to take pleasure in trying to crack it.
