In Russia, even Child Pornography is essentially legal. However, it does cross my barrier, so CP sites arent allowed on the network. There are many clearweb sites like that in Russia with no problem, if you put disclaimers such as "everyone here is 18" then nothing will happen. So speaking practically, we are not worried about legal action. It is also completely allowed for you to upload copyrighted films and music, we do not accept DMCA requests. To avoid controversy entirely, we have outlawed pornography. We never had problems with Violence until suddenly there were 50 monkey abuse accounts on the site, I dont believe that lolwut necessarily wants this content, but as a libertarian, his kneejerk reaction was to allow it.

If the content does not end up being forbidden, I will include better features to ensure it is not actively promoted. I think that forbidding Gore and Pornography may be the best for the sites reputation, and I specifically do not want to be known as some freak who only hosts gore sites, but because of my relaxed rules I tend to attract such customers (e.g. gurochan).
