That lawsuit fell apart faster than his neo-vagina.

Never ceases to amaze me how this supposed legal student never, ever provides receipts or proof on anything he claims in court.Thats the point of courts of law. To gather and assemble facts pertaining to an issue of law in a coherent, rational fashion, analyze them in the same fashion, then make a determination upon those facts in the same fashion
Retards like yaniv always fail to understand this. It's always hilarious when their bullshit stories get picked apart by the process
He is also a true and honest woman, Canada is Sodom and Gomorrah, our PM is a pedophile, Yaniv will receive a slap on the wrist at best.So he was pretty much legally declared a pedophile, by Canada of all places.
This sounds very based and all, but can't Janiv now complain about judge because he basically called him a pedo without any court rullings or convictions? In law you tend to be very careful with allegations. In the decision, the judge, who called Jonny a "profilic litigant," references the following:
-Yaniv's constant online theatrics and "highly combative" demeanor
-His threat against Blaire White
-His interest in minors
-Yaniv is tantamount to a public figure at this point; members of the public would have reason to be concerned about his antics
He didn't, though. He said the statements were non-actionable and based on publicly known facts as well as public records, such as the time he filed an application, a legal document, to have a public pool party for 12 year old girls where their parents would be discouraged from attending. This sounds very based and all, but can't Janiv now complain about judge because he basically called him a pedo without any court rullings or convictions? In law you tend to be very careful with allegations.
I swear to god, if Yaniv is what starts sending the proverbial pendulum back the other way…Wow, surprisingly uncucked of Canada. He's still out there I suppose but it's nice to see even their limits are being stretched and starting to push back.
Eventually he was going to have to run into somebody with professional integrity that takes their job seriously, but look how long it took. It took *years*. Speaks volumes about the state of the Canadian legal system.I thought all the based judges were in the American supreme court, but apparently Canada has some of their own. Big ups.
