So it seems like vidlii.com isn't committed to removing monkey torture videos at all. Really do think it's time to drop an email to abuse@dynadot.com and let them know that Dynadot, a company based in California, is providing DNS services to vidlii.com, who host content that breaks US law. Can't comment on the second point, but from what I'm hearing regarding the former delay in removing the videos, the situation is bad enough on VidLii that the monkey fuckers are going out of their way to carry out DDoS attacks on the site itself, which may or may not be getting in the way of the moderation.

Regardless, the question is still raised of why the small contingent of channels responsible haven't all just been wiped by now, considering at least some have already been listed in this thread and assuming that they all more or less follow each other. I'd hope that's the plan after the attacks subside if Kuz's word was anything to go by.

Unexpected update:

I figured that my last post would just be the end of it, but ive started recieving threatening messages about them wanting to rape and kill me and how they are going to DDoS the site for 7 days. The site is very slow as a result and moderation is hard, but I just banned the two channels I saw doing such things. In time we will eliminate it more completely.
