Ivana Trump, Donald Trump's first wife, dies at 73

Ivana Trump, Donald Trump's first wife and mother of three of his children, has died aged 73.

"She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life," Mr Trump posted on his social media platform Truth Social.

Ms Trump, who was born in the Czech Republic, married the former president in 1977. They divorced 15 years later in 1992.

They had three children together - Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric Trump.

Ivana was the one who updated the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan and made it 5 star (like what you see in Home Alone 2) and was one of the few properties Trump had to leverage with banks when he had real estate issues in the 90's. He even let her run it after their divorce. By all accounts she was a good woman who worked well with Trump and the only issues was his infidelity, ex-soviet bloc woman doesn't appreciate that. But seeing how there was every opportunity for her to fuck him over when he ran for office in 2016, she never did and fought back against claims he raped her. RIP.
