Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a genetic connective tissue disease, because the hypermobility subtype has no known gene variant and it’s diagnosed on clinical signs and patient history. It also has the potential to cause a bunch of other problems because it effects collagen which is everywhere in your body, so they get to then pursue a bunch of other diagnoses that are equally easy to fake.
Cheyanne is a long term faker with severe anorexia who put herself in multiple organ failure and documented it all under the name Hospital Princess. She claims she can’t eat or drink anything because of allergies so she was being fed entirely IV and was sabotaging that. She’s apparently been given a transplant now but no one’s heard an update since she got “the call.”
Betsy was actually sick and died. she’s in the two posts i just made about Brynn Duncan. Her only crime was being friends with an attention seeking idiot.
So in her "sepsis scare" the ER picture is Brigham and Womans ER in mid phase of the overhaul. She than tags prisma health. WTH? Its possible that and other hospitals ER looks like that, but that just adds to her ER hopping.
the tubes are mostly for comorbidities. They claim POTS and gastroparesis related to the EDS, both of which have tests that can be fairly easily thrown off with methods they share amongst themselves. POTS makes your blood pressure crash and the treatment is eat salt, drink more water, exercise. Gastroparesis is slow stomach emptying. so they claim they can’t eat enough salt or drink enough water to fix the pots because their stomach is fucked, can’t exercise because their fragile EDS joints. one complicit doctor later and you have a jejunal feeding tube, a central line for saline, and a wheelchair for your fainting and dislocations.
It’s literally all because it’s shit that can’t be definitively tested for with symptoms you can mimic by starving and dehydrating yourself or induced with easy to obtain medications, and they openly discuss which doctors are giving out the diagnoses and toys with the least resistance.
I'm kind of in awe of Brynn's long stints in the ICU. I think KFS must be right about her getting them because back then there wasn't really an observable trend in girls like her (young, female, white, fairly affluent) having EDS/POTS/MCAS/GP and abusing steroids yet. Now it seems like doctors have caught on and are a lot less credulous when facing patients actively seeking out those diagnoses. I can't see her getting those lengthy stays now without something genuine being wrong, like a bad bout of sepsis.

Quick logistical question, if anyone can help: I pretty exclusively use KF on mobile and often when I open a spoiler then click to enlarge an image, when I close the image the page automatically scrolls down to the very bottom of the spoiler. Then I have to find my place again, and it gets very annoying, especially in long spoilers. Any advice?

Don't have time to do an entire writeup (and please send me lots of alarm clocks if she's already famous around here, I don't check this thread often but couldn't find her name in search). This has all the hallmarks of a munchie case or maybe MbP. In and out of hospitals with constant gofundmes, any time she starts to get better she's getting weird infections that won't seem to stop. I think the mom in this one might actually kill the kid (who is 21 and not exactly a kid).

--Cat sticks to the IF narrative that promoting medical advice online is dangerous (and it is). She also told someone who dislikes hospitals to go get fully sedated like her daughter with a needle phobia.
--She said her son is very private and doesn't like to share about his health because he's autistic. She said this while sharing about his health. That's just a dick move.
--People constantly accuse random IF munchies' parents of MBP-ing their kids. Ellen in particular has comments on almost every post saying that it's obviously her mom behind it and even writing the posts on her account. If one of her kids somehow got the attention of IF, and someone saw one of Cat's comments, there would be endless MBP speculation with no actual proof.
If she had posted their names or faces, or any identifying information beyond age and gender, I would not have posted it. Her children are not responsible for her internet actions. This is probably obvious to all of you, but somehow Cat missed it so I'm just being careful.

Cat, a brave warrior moderator, has "very passionate enemies." Seeing her own posts screenshotted and laughed at for a few moments before everyone moved on to someone actually funny was "extremely traumatic" for her to go through, poor thing.
This stranger, who is absolutely not Cat on her mod-sanctioned sock, uses the technicality of someone else misreading a comment to deny everything. She participated regularly in r/euthgonewild and was snarky there because it was allowed there; this is apparently worthy of stirring up drama. (On the off chance amber_maigon is reading here, you can still post the screenshots for posterity's sake)
I would also like to point out that the only reason I give a shit is because she is a grown ass woman with children and a job behaving like a cluster B teenager, pretending that moderating a munchie sub is her full time fucking job that feeds her starving children and threatens her life at every moment. It's hypocritical and it's very funny. If one of the munchies was behaving like her, they would be absolutely crucified and called all sorts of names. So it's "bullying" when it's targeted at Cat, but not bullying when it's mentally ill young women suffering from factitious disorder who just need to be called out so they can see the light and repent. I don’t know about y’all but Brynn’s “friendship” with that little girl is highly suspect. They both got the rona and quarantined together? Seems molesty to me. According to this wonderful timeline Brynn hasn’t had any other coochie or D in her life (which also strikes me as unusual compared to the other munchies) but for these grown ass bitches to be besties with a child that doesn’t appear to even be in high school is wildly shady.
