Community Tard Baby General (includes brain dead kids) - Fundies and their genetic Fuckups; Parents of corpses in denial

So she's beginning the "it's the hospitals fault, they're liable for his death" pretty much in all ways now. From the moment she/her neighbor called the emergency line, that's when Archie's troubles began.

Is a woman, who spends 13 weeks meticulously learning something that takes years upon endless years to become close to having an expertise for most others, smart enough to try and sue?

I'm really on the fence as to whether she genuinely would prefer to spend her days visiting a vegetable in the hospital for however long this sustains or if she already realized he was a "lost cause" awhile ago and began to rebuild the narrative to maintain attention and have a chance at financial gain + someone else to blame for the loss of her son.

Because the latter would, in her world, absolve her of any wrong doing what so ever. Her rambunctious gymnastics kid had a freak accident copying an online trend which she heroically saved him by having used super human strength to tear a cotton robe belt with her hands (as the first few versions heavily implied this as she used the word tear, iirc) to have him drop 8ft to the ground and she performed perfect CPR with no prior mention of this training (guess you need to be certified in it to be a pole dancer) for three minutes while simultaneously calling the emergency line and explaining all the necessary details in which paramedics arrived and as soon as he left her God-like hands, he began to perish.

Can you not see she did everything exactly necessary to preserve his life down to the scientifically measured millisecond in which brain damage would even occur? How can anyone question this perfect life saving geneyus? Listen, if he's brain dead it's because, obviously, the incompetent doctors made him that way. They haven't done the 13 weeks of periodic Google searches on "brain stem death" and "leaking spinal fluid" and "is it oxygen sats or stats".

If Archie has anything left in his soul trapped within this rotting corpse, I hope he dies within those three minutes after immediately being unplugged to prove with certainty he had been dead all along. If he makes it past 3... the only thing, IMO, in my theory, that's better than money is "being right". Cult solidified for years to come.

Considering her and one of the familes have set up a fake charity party for more money for the 16th when decision is 15th I'd say sadly she's using him as a means to get income.

So I've worked in hospice for about 12 years and it pisses me off how selfish these "families" are. Especially in regards to medical futility in Archie's case. I keep coming to this thread hoping to see that he's been let go but we know how that's going.

Anyway, I cannot tell you the amount of times I have encountered people like this in living color. When patients got to me, their POA/they made the decision to begin end of life treatment. Sounds pretty simple until you factor in people like Hollie who piss and moan at you while you're pushing meds to their husk of a family member about how we're just 'killing people' and hoping families give up so we can have their money.

It's people like her who make medical personnel and caregivers get burned out. I cannot tell you how angry it makes me to see such selfishness.

We can only hope that Archie has a blood clot that shorts him out or (less happily) gets an infection that puts him out of his misery.

Hospice families were the first thing that came to mind for me watching this shitshow. Slight PL: I worked as an aide in a variety of senior care settings in the late 00s and this shit was rampant. It was totally normal to see families refuse hospice (whether it was out of ignorance of the actual service or pure self-centeredness) and let their supposed loved ones suffer for months only to ask for the paperwork when the patient was so close to death there wasn't even time for it to matter. And that's not even taking into consideration the ones that wouldn't even sign DNRs. Respect to you for sticking it out that long, that job is a real soul crusher.

So if we can all easily see the inconsistencies in Hollies stories..why isn't anyone else calling her out, doctor, the law, or otherwise? If this were a non sensationalized story her back and forth would put her on a list for homicide investigation.

Well they did. Medical staff can’t publicly comment, as already mentioned. But by starting court proceedings to force Hollie to comply with Archie’s best interests- that is the hospitals and dr’s saying she is an idiot and can’t understand the kid is dead. It’s only sensationalised because it’s very unusual for medics to take it to court at all.

Police won’t comment on an open investigation. They will need to wait until he’s dead dead and possible post mortem, cause of death officially established etc. However unless there’s real evidence she murdered him, it’s rare that cases like this get prosecuted.

If anyone is bored today there’s a case back in the 00’s of a baby with Edwards Syndrome called Sunaina Choudhari. Proper went all the way to a court order to stop the parents visiting the child, conspiracies about hospital staff, the body was dragged between india and the UK in an attempt to “prove” the cover up. Family posted photos of the body online. In a particular twist the aunt of the child was a pharmacist and started a long campaign of harrassment toward doctors and the hospital, writing “evidential” documents and posting online, ending in her Pharmacy license being withdrawn and numerous restraining orders. She’s still on it I think as a youtube vid was posted recently. Probably one of the first internet documented cases?

Just had a check. 21 years she’s been on this. She’s added in now that the baby was raped since I last had a look. Also corrupt judges, imposter barristers, she’s a whole new level of denial. At least the poor kid is dead. Unusually she’s clearly intelligent, her medical and legal “statements” and websites are well laid out and written clearly.

I’d forgotten about this one until I joined here, wasn’t the global news and internet back in those days so I stumbled across it randomly hotbotting. When googling was a twinkle in someone’s eye.

Wonder if Hollie will still be yelling about nhs murder and death chambers in 20 years!

Any legalfags know if they can spin this out even further by applying for an appeal in the Supreme Court? Because if so, that's exactly what everyone's favourite pole dancer's gonna do - followed no doubt by an application to the ECHR

I hope the police are taking notes on Hollie’s bullshit and conflicting accounts of what happened. I don’t know if there’s anything they can actually charge her with, but…
With any unexplained child death, especially one where it is indicated that the child committed suicide/misadventure there will likely be a serious case review. All agencies will be involved, children’s social care, police, health and education etc. to build a picture of what Archie’s lived experience was and what may have led to his decision making. It allows professionals to identify any areas where red flags may have been missed and where intervention may have been possible or necessary.
The Serious Case Reviews are available online via the NSPCC website, they are anonymised but with high profile cases easily identifiable. They can take a few months to over a year to be released because of all of the work it encompasses and if the coroner’s verdict needs to be included.

I’ve followed this but not posted, but every day I check the thread and hope that he has died - he has no dignity right now. What 12yo boy would be happy with such personal photos and details about himself being shared all over the internet? If Hollie really believes he’s going to wake up, shouldn’t she keep that in consideration?

Hollie is now stating she will appeal again. Unsure if she even can. They are in chambers deciding when to remove life support. and how. Transcript of 7/11 hearing is out getting it now.
This judge was the end of the line for the previous comparable cases. There's only the court of human rights above this but the human rights case has already been made here.

7/11 Report:
  • Doctors were afraid 4/26 to do mri instead of brain stem test because he was so medically fragile they beleived it would kill him.
  • Judge is against appeals ruling stating that legal and clinical should have been hand in hand and that they were attempting a diagnosis of exclusion to state he was dead instead of looking at "reality" (for lack of a better term).
  • No doctor has seen any response from him since that day and he has consistently had a Glascow Coma Scale of 3 (The lowest you can have)
  • New Medical info:
    • On April 11th:
      • "He has been on CFAM [Cerebral Function Analysing Monitor] monitoring; the raw EEG is currently flat and featureless and the amplitude integrated EEG demonstrates consistently extremely low upper and lower margins, consistent with severe dysfunction or brain death."
    • On April 20th:
      • He had no response to pain or any gag reflex. They suctioned him and got no response.
    • On May 5th:
      • Independent doctor opinion:
        • “entirely unresponsive with absent pupillary, cough, gag, corneal and ocular-vestibular reflexes”. He also found that “there was no respiratory effort during a 2-minute informal apnoea test”.
    • Archie's Current Care Requirements:
      • Standard treatment and care practiced in a neuro-intensive care with round the clock care provided by 1:1 and at times
        2:1 nursing (heavily dependent)
      • Continuous and invasive monitoring to allow target of haemodynamic parameters (monitoring of blood pressure,
heart rate and urine output and treatment targeted to keep them within a standard range known to be safe)
      • Oxygenation and carbon dioxide clearance by the ventilator (breathing machine) as he is unable to breathe for himself
      • Routine neuro-critical care respiratory management (standard patient positioning, turning, clearance of secretions by suctioning and physiotherapy of the chest)
      • Regular turning and care to prevent pressure areas developing and bed sores
      • Regular cleaning and changes to prevent skin breakdown
      • Support of the blood pressure with medications as needed
      • Treatment for chest, blood or other infection with antibiotics as required
      • Continuous Vasopressin administration to control water balance and salt balance within the body based on hourly
        urine output
      • Fluid boluses due to large uncontrolled urine output despite treatment as needed
      • Feeding via a tube into the stomach to give nutrition as tolerated
      • Loperamide treatment to slow down the passage of food through his gastrointestinal tract due to diarrhoea
secondary to gut failure associated with brain failure
      • Administration of glucose to prevent low blood sugars as needed
      • Electrolyte disturbance corrections, particularly potassium, (body salts kept within a safe range by regular replacement)
      • Active warming to prevent the body getting too cold as needed. (He cannot control his own temperature.)
      • Steroid replacement and thyroid hormone replacement (hormone replacement needed due to brain damage)
      • Prophylactic treatment to prevent deep vein thrombosis (clots forming in blood vessels)
    • New Current Medical Issues:
      • "He has become malnourished and this, along with the necessity for repeated blood tests, has led to him becoming anaemic. (requiring blood transfusions intermittently).
      • "Archie has developed yellow necrotic secretions from the lungs. "
  • Life History (The judge spoke of his life as well):
    • For some reason it came up that Archie had two years of exclusion from school due to behavior.
      • Hollie discussed how she took the case from local authority to Tribunal until she won and got a school to take him.

There seems to be discussion on if the judge will declare today or tomorrow the outline of how removal of ventilation will occur.

Her lawyer has confirmed they are appealing.

Hard to get updates now since the Archie Army page has been locked down so all their thralls are attacking the DFA one.
