He already handwaved that away some time ago too by saying that it's not hateful slurs if he's defending himself against people talking shit about him like it's some sort of autistic internet Stand Your Ground law, or he's defending his business because his streams are his "place of business" like it's some autistic internet version of Castle Doctrine.

It's a terrible excuse though. If it's a "place of business", then you'd assume the boss would have his shit together and not call the clients idiots and morons, even if they're being idiots and morons. Customer is always right and such... Because the only thing that being an asshole would do is make your business look bad, not the guy you're calling names. If it's a business, then the businessman should take the high road. That would make him look good in the face of someone who's being an asshole.

And that's the thing, there's plenty of people being assholes to him on a daily basis, but his toxic ass responses prevent him from coming off as professional, and end up making him look like a joke.

So then, even normies can look at this guy and say "ok, why is he bringing so much attention to these people who are just being assholes? Oh and he's calling them names in return now? Wow what a great guy!"

Even setting aside the whole "it's a business" deal - YOU are the streamer. YOU decide what gets attention and screen time on your stream. If you don't talk about something or show it, chances are at least 70-80% of your audience won't even think about it. Most of the trolling he gets in chat is completely 100% easy to ignore but he brings so much attention to it, and responds to it with toxicity to the extent that it endorses trolls to keep trolling, making new accounts, and talking more trash.

He also has a big issue with The Streisand Effect, and whenever he tries to conceal something happening, he always ends up drawing more attention to it.

You gotta love dsp logic- he can't drive on the freeway because of his back so he actually spends more time driving by using backroads instead...

Like the whole point of a freeway is to spend less time driving and get to places faster but phil doesn't use them because he can't be in a car for too long so he spends more time in the car by not using freeways. Its like he hasn't spent more than 5 seconds thinking about this.

Phil let me help you out- if you drive on the highway you'll get to places quicker and won't have to sit in a car for as long. I know, it seems crazy but just trust me it works.
