So look here's the deal. My associate and I are hard at work. I'd say 95 - 99% of all the hardcore material out there comes from 2 VOs, 2 different and rival groups, and 3 group leaders. There are other rising VOs out there making moves and competing to be the most brutal. I know the name of 1 VO and I know the other VO's channel name. I've positively identified 2 of the group leaders and partially the 3rd. Give me and my partner some time to organize the evidence and we will post it. You all have been dealing with mostly clearnet evidence. Youtube, Facebook, etc. You don't have the evidence you can only obtain on Telegram. This isn't to minimize your efforts, it's just you weren't on the inside. You didn't gain these people's trust.

Turns out, Anthony Young is a pretty common name. There's a couple of them in San Francisco. So, how do we determine which one of them is him? Simple, really. By going through a handful of his posts, and determining family members one can narrow down their search tremendously. If one or two of them have unique names even better! So, that's exactly what I did. By finding a post with as many likes from people with the last name "Young" as possible, then cross-referencing those names with the known family and associates of the various "Anthony Young" results. Couple that with assorted comments on his selfies complimenting his looks for a man his age (He's no spring chicken!) and finally we get our monkey torture enthusiast!

The group itself, which he joined 3 months ago, does not seem to contain extreme content and was formed in 2007 when this monkey abuse video isn't a thing yet and it has been pretty inactive for years. But his membership in the group seems to confirm that he is indeed Ciko's Physical Therapist.

Another proof is that Ciko's Physical Therapist claimed that he's a South Korean who was adopted. This matches with Drew Woltmann who has a white name but identified as Asian.

He seems to have a troubled past. According to news reports, he (real name: Andrew Woltmann) was convicted for theft of copper from a residential construction site and being put in probation. He was then arrested and charged for violating the probation. He was also arrested and charged for peddling drugs.
