1) Making fun of Destiny's own manifesto, pointing out how hes an evil transphobic bigot rightoid.
2) Calling out TheQuartering for not debating him, making the "20 minutes" joke at least 15 times.
3) Fake calling out his friends for views
The real question is how many pages it will end up being. Lucas is terminally lazy so I wouldn't bet more than 12 pages (6 pages on Destiny, at least 40% being taken up by shit he incorrectly cites and are misleading and 3 each on the other two)

Okay, the prospect of a manifest is interesting, I think whoever said it will just be an expose on Destiny having an account he rarely uses to talk in his thread, or that it will be a complete nothingburger are likely to be right, but I have an alternate explanation based on how ungodly assmad Lucas is about Flamenco right now, and the fact that he claims it will shake the political scene to its core.
What if it's a 100+ page document detailing every single twitch politics streamer that has ever interacted with Flamenco that didn't immediately throw a hissyfit and ban him from their discord? I don't know how many of you followed Flamencos friend-making arc last year, but he wormed his way fairly deep into twitch politics panel streaming for quite a few months to reasonable success (but nowhere near the growth he saw with vtuber stuff). As a result Flamenco ended up rubbing shoulders with a lot of colossal faggots who would otherwise be Keffals aligned in that time period and nobody gave him shit about posting on KF that I remember, so it wouldn't shock me to learn that Keffals chat has been feeding him every single time Flamenco was on someone's stream and they didn't throw a hissyfit about him having a KF account.
Lucas is absolutely dumb enough to think this is a gotcha and it allows him to engage in the endless repeating of accusations that don't hold water, his second favorite hobby outside promoting the medical castration of minors.
Just food for thought.
