Nick's trousers are too low or his jacket is the wrong size. His trousers should meet his jacket at the waist. You shouldn't be able to see his tie below the button. He looks sloppy.

Nick's shoes are the wrong color too. They're red or maybe redish brown. That color would be fine with a gray suit or a medium to light blue suit but it looks bad with Nick's black or maybe dark navy suit.

Beardson doesn't appear to be wearing dress shoes.

Is the guy on his left a minor? I can't tell, and I'm not sure whether it's better if he is (has a couple more inches left to grow) or isn't (is he really that short?).
