Said here in the past, watched my mother go end-of-life with severe dementia earlier this year. The stage 4 onset was extremely rapid and she passed in less than 6 months after that. The drugs can't stave this off, only offer some immediate clarity. You are correct, she did have hallucinations and had no sense of where she actually was near the end. Oddly enough, she thought she was at work (she was a government employee for years).Likely he's on Donepezil combined with an SSRI and a psychostimulant like Adderall.
These will provide periods of relative clarity and a degree of coherence so they'll be carefully timed.
He's spends 3 days per week in Vermont, naps during the afternoon and is in bed before 9PM. Rest and sleep are incredibly important in managing these types of illnesses.
The problem is that dementia is a progressive disease and the drugs show less and less efficacy over time. Likely they were hoping they could manage it and he'd go into some degree of remission, which can happen with vascular dementia as long as treatment is optimized, management of blood pressure, diet and again lots of rest. But it's obvious that his condition is worsening and rapidly. He's showing increasing signs of loss of neuromuscular control, shuffled gait and falling over. His memory is getting worse. I wouldn't be surprised if he's starting to suffer visual and auditory hallucinations. It's not just that he has dementia, I don't think anyone is denying that at this point, it's that his dementia is advanced.
A literal potato is the nominal leader of the free world. Not only won't he be running in 2024 he may end up being a total non verbal vegetable in 18 months. What then? What's the plan?
I hate taking the bait, especially from such an obvious sock, but, you at least bothered to toss up an avatar.Nice! I see the desperation has set in as you realize this is going to last for the rest of your lives and your only reward for stopping one globalist plot will be watching them launch another one.
Honestly, at this point I am not sure what's worse, a hypothetical globalist plot out to ruin everyone's lives or the sheer incompetency of the powers that be that also ends up ruining everyone's lives. Grand plans to restructure the world order or human stupidity aside, the end result is the same.Said here in the past, watched my mother go end-of-life with severe dementia earlier this year. What then? What's the plan? That right there is the million dollar question, friend. It's the elephant in the room that everybody is pretending isn't there. I mean, only now are the media and even the Dems themselves even acknowledging the Joe may be unfit for office (newsflash - he was unfit to be elected in the 1st place, but I'm preaching the choir here). That leads me to believe there is NO PLAN at all. Everything seems to be in freefall at the moment. When the inevitable mushbrain becomes reality, we get Kamala, like it or not. So we end up with absolute incompetence versus a dementia-riddled potato. I honestly don't know which is worse.
And yes, like so many of you, I want off this ride because I can't help but feel I'm going to be a fat black teenage kid that plunges a couple hundred feet and splats on the concrete below.
China does not have to be omnipotent in order for the US to be run by useful idiots.Just about every major thing that Biden has done has benefitted China and weakened the US geopolitically and realistically, and the entire family has corrupt ties to China going back years. How is it even a question at this point "who" is piloting the corpse at the end of the tether?
The resemblance is uncanny
And the immediate followup question is, are we interconnected enough to take each other out.China does not have to be omnipotent in order for the US to be run by useful idiots.
Yes, we should take China very seriously, but they are not invincible. Both powers are wobbling. The question is simply who is gonna flop first.
To back up your statement, here is some data:

In the long-term the Republican Party is currently fighting a battle it cannot win unless it changes some stances. For all the talk of "based" minorities voting conservative they are either a fraction of a whole voting bloc or in the case of Hispanic-Americans, overwhelmed by Democratc Party supporters who come from other countries.
Here is some recent immigration figures:

One can put all this together and see what will inevitably happen. On the bright side, in the event of the Republican Party being smashed in national elections by what can be very much described as a literal horde of immigrants, the Democrats get to deal with the beast of a stitched together voting bloc they created.
Oh jesus.
What was the birth of "globalism"?
If you take time to look at European history you will see that they spend 1000 s of years fighting eachother, not only that they didnt even exist as the people they are now. The whole idea of nationalism having a state thats made of people who share a langauged culture and history is only a few hundred years old before that you had the nobles of europe fighting over territory and the people in those territory related to who their feudal lords were not with eachother.
The industrial revolution when applied to war along with the fact the royalty of europe were a bunch inter breeds that didnt get along.
The league of nations was suppose to stop those kinda conflicts from happening again.
It didnt work, after WWII you had the creation of the European coal and steel community with the idea that by intergrating the steel and heavy industry countries would not go to war with eachother along with the whole COLD WAR, you know that nice period where everyone thought the soviets would take over.
I dont get why people cant understand not everything is plot. Fuck we had covid and look what happened? look how the plan worked out? They did it they murdered a fraction of the world and brought it the anti christ. and remember trump was part of the plan!
Oh wait no. trump wasnt part of the plan, and the coof most likely escape a lab run by chinese idots. But looking at the biden admin its clear that who ever is puppeting the corpse has no fucking idea what the agenda is other than DUR DUR DUR
In support of what I said before and Northstar here. There will always be opportunists, even opportunists who want to enact their views on the world, but that doesn't mean every single thing is part of some grand plot.Just about every major thing that Biden has done has benefitted China and weakened the US geopolitically and realistically, and the entire family has corrupt ties to China going back years. How is it even a question at this point "who" is piloting the corpse at the end of the tether?
For a related thing, realize that the Democrats organize like hell, they write books on organizing, they teach classes in organizing. The Republican Party has no identity beyond "not the Democrats" and "tax cuts." The drooling retards who ran the party from 2000-2018 (nobody's in charge now) legit thought that tax cuts are a magic win button that will vault you to victory every time. They didn't even pause to consider that tax cuts were popular in 1980 because taxes were really high, but when most of the country pays a rate between 0% and 10%, uh, it's just not a top issue on anyone's mind. For the six years they had a trifecta in 2001-2006, they didn't bother significantly reforming the federal government because they didn't think they had to, just pass another tax cut, and we win.
The Republican Party doesn't just need to "change stances." It needs to have some actual agenda, some meaningful vision for the country. The Democrats have a vision. It's crazy and retarded, but they have an agenda. Everyone in the Republican Party and broader conservative movement who says having an agenda is "big government," everyone who hyperventilated about DeSantis reforming public education "because that's statism," needs to be thrown out and told to fuck off forever.
Inb4 Soros and his cronies actually miss Nazi Germany and is doing his shit not because he wants some sex degenerate leftist utopia, but is basically fermenting the cooking ingredients of Weimar to Nazi Germany.
The thing is, when push comes to shove and the choice is "starve the U.S." or "starve China," the federal government enforcing the former will make the Troubles in Ireland look like Trouble the board game.Currently, China owns 352,140 acres of agricultural land in the US. The Republicans are doing something about this, but it keeps getting shot down in the House.

The USA is super duper yuuge we are a huge exporter of food. also because of farm subsidies we honestly over produce, also the amount of grain we use to raise meat is insane. The thing is, when push comes to shove and the choice is "starve the U.S." or "starve China," the federal government enforcing the former will make the Troubles in Ireland look like Trouble the board game.
Um, to expand on this, since a URL without any comment won't spark discussion![]()

I mean, Soros technically was a Nazi collaborator in Hungary during the war and he's known for being a self-hating Jew to the point that hardline Zionists in Israel despise him on the same level that /pol/ does.
What if he wasn't just collaborating with the Nazis to save his sorry ass and make some quick cash?
Soros secretly wanting to bring back Nazism while masquerading as a neoliberal corporate prog is the kind of thing that's both insane as fuck yet also wouldn't be completely out of the realm of possibility and would be an ultimate case of Clown World striking again.
