Here's the delineation I make: Godwinson was paid a one-time, lump sum from the content creators for his appearance. Someone offered him a gig and it was enough to be worth his time. If attention was his angle he could have gotten on much earlier without payment. PPP/other grifters are looking to min/max content creation where it's minimum effort to milk maximum cash from their fans.

I have no issue with Godwinson being paid, I don't think money somehow makes someone compromised or corrupts the art. Ohh ok, I see what you're saying. Yea with KC it definitely seems like they're in it for the money, but I don't feel like the presence of money caused that like Godwinson is saying, rather it's because of Warski and PPP. Godwinson's belief seems to be that money in art corrupts people and ruins the art, which I think is a really dumb take. Some people end up grifting, but those people would have stopped making videos or their show if there was no money involved, so the presence of money hasn't ruined anything, it just means that instead of ending the show they pivoted to grifting.

Same here, my account was banned. For those who don't know if you're banned in chat this is how to check. Type in the chat, exit the chat and reopen it. If your comment doesn't appear after reopening the live chat you're banned. As far as a shadow ban for comments you'll have to check with an alt account and hit new comments and scroll down to see if you're banned. Sometimes YouTube will remove your comments if you get too spicy. Same goes for live chat, for example if you say "You're a pussy PPP!" YouTube auto deletes it for bad language.

Godwinson is just doing the thing you're meant to do as a character with opinions online.
