Ok so lets recap
-Phil has a buisiness degree.
-But every decision he's made has cost him to the point that he went BANKRUPT.

-valdictorian
-doesn' t know what the word " thus" means

-claims to be an experienced PC builder.
-when the time comes he asks for a prebuilt.

-had a young attractive girlfriend
-didn't give her attention
-decided to masturbate and accidentally streamed it

-gets a butterface wife (let's pretend she's there)
-fattens her up and turns her into the Pillsbury Dough Boy.

-has a long history of content creation and feels like he's wise for that
-hides from other content creators and turns down oppurtunity to make money with them

-vowed to be the best Street Fighter player fir his dead friend
-got 4th place in a busted port and is absolute trash

Its like everything you can give Phil the littlest credit for, he's found a way to fuck up or is so unbelievable lazy that you can barely believe it happened.

In the course of 5 seconds, he goes from "I *did* run" to "it's a powerwalk" to "it's a light jog".

Also, "hitting the wall" isn't just "I got tired and couldnt powerwalk anymore" as he's using it. It refers to that point in a real workout, where sheer willpower will not carry you forward. Like when you're lifting weights, and you're putting every ounce of strength into it, and your muscles have no more to "give", or when you're playing a sport and you're just completely fatigued to the point you can't chase the ball or anything.

Lastly, I notice he's been saying he drinks coffee after his "workout"? A black coffee for energy? I find this to be a red flag, because if he was actually working out that would actually tap into stored energy in his body, it would release it, and he would be more alert. He wouldn't need a coffee to stay awake for these "chill" streams.

Phil and misusing terminology, name a more iconic pair.

We have a tendency here to assume Phil is lying when he says something that would actually help him, and to assume he's telling the truth when he says something retarded. I'm going to give benefit of the doubt here and say, I believe he's doing these powerwalks. Which is why I can also say he'll make absolutely no progress by doing them. I'm not even going to talk about weight loss, in part because weight lose is primarily dietary and can be supplemented by exercise and because this level of exercise is not going to offset his horrible eating and drinking habits. What I will talk about is cardiovascular health.

I'm no expert, I won't make that claim. What I am is about 7 months into a big change in my own health and a big part od that is a pretty huge increase in cardio exercise. What Phil is describing is the very basic of what you can call cardio. My grandmother does more, and she's a multiple time cancer survivor, with breathing issues, and is 35+ years Phil's senior. I don't know what his goal is, but I'm going to assume its to fend off the incoming stroke. 2 mile powerwalks every other day isn't going to help that. I want to give Phil credit on at least getting started exercising because it is a hard thing to start doing, but for a 40 year old supposedly healthy adult, it's not even drops in the bucket. His body is so fucked at this point that if 2 miles of walking leaves him sweaty and panting, then holy shit, his heart is weak as fuck, and his lungs are ruined. Stroke arc is coming faster than we anticipated.

From what I saw, coffee isn't the optimal choice for after workouts. The only reason why he would need coffee instead of other alternatives is just for keep his eyes fully open for his other scheduled streams.

It's not. Correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm not a coffee drinker or a nutritional expert, but isn't caffine a dehydrator? If its not, based on how he makes his sauce, I think we can assume Phil puts more than a spoon of sugar in his coffee and that type of sugar is a dehydrator. After a work out, water is always the best drink while you cool down. Once your body has cooled down a bit, something with a bit of sugar is good for your muscles. This strategy is brilliant for muscle cramps.

It's kinda fucking stupid he still prefers to play on consoles at all; the TV monitor response speed issue is just one of many downsides to console gaming. This is his "job" and he doesn't have any desire to switch to the most optimal platform - the one with the most games, the best control options, the best performance, the best integration of streaming software/hardware, etc. Consoles are for casual gamers, not professional streamers.

It's like a grown ass man playing tee-ball.
Eh, streaming quality on Youtube, Twitch, etc... all suck though. Especially Youtube at higher resolution looks terrible. There would be limited gain in game stream quality even if Phil gave a damn.

A new TV or gaming monitor would benefit Phil the most. PS5 on a 120hz OLED LG C1 looks and performs amazingly. I assume the 7+ year old TV in there has terrible input lag and response times.

Do we know what TV he plays on?
I don’t know the exact model, but it’s a mid-range TCL Android 4K.

At the time he bought it it was offered to him, it was a decent bang for buck TV but it’s horrible in most aspects when compared to most low-range 4K TVs nowadays: it’s slow, prone to connectivity issues, the HDR is absolutely atrocious and limits the resolution to 1080p when active.

He’s got the two most powerful current-gen consoles and he’s not even playing with a 4K picture.

His CPU spikes, because his shit is configured to not use the GPU. Granted, I don't use what he uses, but in ElGato, you can choose to use hardware (GPU) or software (CPU). It may be a wild bet, but I have a feeling I'm right. Also, sure you can get a powerful piece of gear and have it muscle-fuck the workload; but NVIDIA has NVENC for encoding and it's a noticeable change from going straight power to that toolkit.

Edit: If all he's doing is "streaming," a 1660 would be enough, but if wants the newest and shit, then yeah, a 3070 would be proper.
