I can't really say much about Tinal as I never really spoke with the guy until semi-recently (briefly) that I can remember but I can say with certainty that I do not recall a time when I was on 420chan's irc that Tinal wasn't there.

As far as him co-creating 420chan I don't know or care, but I'd buy it since so far anyone involved with running it seem to be fucking whack jobs or have severe Stockholm Syndrome.

The guy literally couldn't have taken two medications that are less synergistic for suicide. I recognize you as at least some of a medfag, so now I can say this without supposition: other than potential ED issues(not an issue for bottoms), amphetamines are great for horny marathons. Benzos are addictive enough and hard enough for anyone to OD on. However they are great for lowering inhibitions and making someone incredibly apathetic. The whole "I took these wildly impractical drugs that would make these activities great fun for a willing participant to try and off myself!" seems like he was trying to come up with an excuse for having a faggot train ran on him after the fact. Enough to OD on is the same as enough for someone in the closet to have their inhibitions lowered enough to potentially agree to that. This nigga is well out of the closet.

This conveniently aligns with our witness's report that when they actually saw the events in question they did not get the impression that Kirtaner was passed out. It also seems like the kind of depraved debauchery going down by all occupants of the room puts this more in the realm of mutual intoxication. These weren't sober opportunists slipping something into an unknowing mark's drink. If everyone is doing shitloads of drugs and drinking, arguing impairment after the fact when all parties were willing at the time is tenuous at best. This would be an open & shut case if this had been immediately reported to the authorities. Instead it's secondhand rumors with no hard evidence. I feel terrible for the dude if it happened as he portrays it.
