I feel like you can get a decent read on their personalities based on the model(or at least what they’re meant to be, obviously the roommate will be who they are), so the designs are solid on that front.

I'm judging their personalities, voices, and streaming quality entirely on their intro tweets.

So this chick was recommended to me. She's live now. She was streaming using the dino Gura avatar and Gura's roomba loading screen. Now she is using Filian's avatar with a different hair color. Its kind of weird seeing someone else use other people's models.

Quick check and I see only Calli, Sana and Ame follow the boys. None of the actively tweeting JP girls follow the boys. Looks like this is truly following the path of Holostars, artificial segregation and all. Maybe they will blow up post debut but as it is, I feel justified in saying they are doomed to never see 300k or more than 3 digit CCV. To be fair, that would still be super successful compared to indies but that's punching down.

I'm not sorry to say that it would be fucking hilarious if that nickname stuck and it was all thanks to Calli. Can you imagine debuting for Hololive, and you get a nickname like that right out of the gate?

I'll have to get used to the designs, but Magni's in particular is REALLY unfortunate. I'm surprised they didn't go safer because the JP Stars all have more visually appealing and clean designs, while these are very messy at a glance. Again, Magni, though... his face is really bad.
