Someone who identifies with both the straight label and the lesbian label! Some who identify as straight lesbian could be:
- multigender/genderfluid/bigender and identifies as a man (sometimes or always) and a woman (sometimes or always) whilst being attracted to women.
- a nonbinary person who's both lesbian and straight for women (and/or other nonbinary people), aka straytbian/straightbien
- Two-Spirit and uses "straight" to describe the masculine spirit and "lesbian" to describe the feminine spirit
- abrosexual/abrisexual/duosexual whose sexuality changes between lesbian and straight
- a [median] system where there are alter(s) that identify as straight and alter(s) that identify as lesbian.
- someone attracted to the same gender and other genders but uses mono terms to describe their attraction. This is likely due to:
- being varioriented (having split attraction) and are, for example, heteroromantic homosexual or homoromantic heterosexual
- finding it liberating to describe their attraction in such a way
History
The term "straightbian" originated in a wide variety of different groups to describe different things, anything that someone may describe as both "lesbian" and "straight", but as an identity there isn't much before 2018.
It has often been used as an alternative to "fakebian" or "fauxbian" as it is seen contradictory, and therefore some people who identify as a straight lesbian might do it for the sake of, or partially for the sake of, reclamation by, for example, transfem lesbians, bisexual women, lesbians that enter or have entered relationships with men, etc. (Any good-faith lesbian who was perceived as straight). It has been used by TERFs, and less commonly towards political lesbians.

There are similar terms that have had a longer precedent:
- "Disjunctive uranodioningin", a term coined by Karl Ulrichs in the 18th century, can be seen as an archaic version of the term "varioriented straightbian", the term meaning a woman who has tender feelings for one gender and passionate feelings for another.
- "Het-Dyke", the title of Liliane, bi dyke #39
- The term "heteroromantic lesbian" has been used since at least 2013.

This was indeed how it was used and even greedily and falsely advertised against medical advice. It caused massive discomfort. Sadly, it also ended up poisoning a lot of women. Don't disinfect your vagina with aggressive soap, ladies. Troons, go right ahead with those amholes.

Woah, okay. I'm against the use of puberty blockers, of course, but allow me to speak hypothetically for a moment. The idea of puberty blockers is that they're used for kids who may want to transition, but aren't sure yet. So, they use puberty blockers to buy time. We know this isn't really how it works, but that's how people say it goes, right? It took this kid *five years* to decide to transition, then she gave up after THREE MONTHS? Most people are almost done by puberty at 17, not just starting. Why did no one make her shit or get off the pot? Seems like a lot of damage could have been avoided if they gave her T for those 3 months in the first place.
Although the way I see it, it's almost like she's using it as a refusal to grow up at all. Really curious what she looks like.

And I will say yeah, he had awful shitty stuff happen in a shitty life but he appears to think that nothing is his fault, so typical troon behaviour.

I'm at the bookstore waiting for some car work to be done and of course I found books to read. Both of the new fantasy novels I've picked up have tranny shit in them.
In one magic made the heroine (?) a legitimate heshe. She has both sets of organs and somehow they know as a child of four years old they're both fully functional. At least they put that bit right at the beginning so I didn’t end up buying the book.
The second one has a bit character who runs a taverns that the author says is a tranny. "He shaved his beard, put on frocks, and after a while "he makes the best meat pies" became "she makes the best meat pies" " - there isn't even any dialogue with this character, but it's ~very important~ we know he's a tranny. I will not be buying this book either (but mostly because I haven't found a reason to care about these characters in five chapters).
Both books are "epic fantasy" so Ren faires with magic universes.
Ugh.
Here I was feeling like less of a reader because of my Kindle Unlimited membership. But none of the 800+ books I've read there over the last two and a half years have had any tranny shit. But apparently the mainstream published books are now full of it. Hello Amazon, take my money forever.

Yeah, a while ago I posted an article about an 11 year old girl identifying as non binary, and going on puberty blockers because she didn't want to grow boobs or start having periods (totally normal fear to have at that age, but if it weren't for the culture at large pushing this gender ideology she'd just grow out of it and come to accept it). Mother is a very woke politician so was of course okay with her daughter being used as a lab rat effectively, and no intention to go on cross sex hormones was mentioned, just that she'd be taken off the blockers at age 16 or 18. Which begs the question, then what? Is she just going to suddenly begin puberty at an unusually late age, or be stuck looking like a child well into adulthood, until the signs of aging set in?
It just breaks my heart that this is being allowed to happen to kids, particularly those with mental illness, and it's probably going to take a few detransitioners speaking up and suing these doctors to put an end to it all.
