Exiliaex or whatever the fuck his name is is part of the trooncentric twitch version of Breadtube, including cows such as DemonMama (and not Lucas since no one knew or cared who he was at the time). He spent his time taking petty swipes at Destiny on Twitter and Twitch before Destiny started responding in kind.
Deerfag and all his friends tried to make Destiny use "it/its" pronouns when referring to him. None of them would even accept people referring to DeerFag as "they/them". Destiny refused to because calling a human being an "it" is obviously demeaning, and they all flipped their shit.
Destiny prodded at the outraged repeatedly and argued with Deerfag on Twitter with the reasoning that identifying as a deer was taking the whole "transgender"/gender identity idea way beyond the point of realistic plausibility.
Eventually Destiny retweeted a joke along the lines of "If this guy identifies as a deer, that should mean people are legally allowed to hunt him, right?"
This sent troon twitter and Deerfag in particular into a massive hysterical meltdown, claiming that Destiny was making death threats against him.
Destiny started inching towards making jokes about how obviously mentally ill this man who thinks he's a deer is and told Deerfag to up his meds and go outside, which fueled the flames even harder.
Destiny then took it one step further and mocked Deerfag's fans referring to Deerfag as it/its in a thread mourning Deerfag's temporary deletion of his twitter and alleged suicide attempt, which caused another shitstorm and started Destiny's trend of tweeting spicy shit and then wiping his twitter so angry troons don't mass flag him.
This post from Deerfag's team is completely unironic.
