Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Here's a choice snippet from that post:
  • my clit hood is too high, and my clit itself is too big so it doesn't fit inside at all.
  • i don't have any minora at all. Considering my biggest ask was to give me prominent, well-defined minora, its absence fucks me up hardcore.
  • vestibule is lopsided, and there's a random crevasse on the left side in the pic that's not there on the right.
  • there's a ton of separation on the bottom, both on the fourchette and the bottom of the majora. Looking at this one ruins my mental health every single time.
  • tons of white skin all around the entrance and inside. Seriously, whenever i look inside after dilation it's almost entirely white.
  • the dilators still sit at a significant angle inside of me. i can mitigate it a bit by angling my hips, but it's truly unnatural and awful and well outside the range of cis vaginas.
  • the whole vulva feels way more "recessed" than the average vaginoplasty result i've seen. Hard to describe, but it looks and feels like there's way too much empty space where there should be minora and majora and stuff.
Didn't y'all know?? We women get to fully customize how our junk looks before popping out into the world. Being a woman means having a perfect-looking cooter only.

The vanity of these troons is outrageous.
This is what makes me MATI and go wtf so much. I am convinced none of these dudes look at vaginas and absorb any detail or compare them to amholes. Labia minora come in so many shapes sizes and colors and women are made to feel some types are gross- and have been impossible to create for trannies. They always turn into horrifying decaying meat clumps.

I'm so thankful for a healthy body fuck

Dearest Troon,

I humbly request that: You Shut the FUCK up and go join the 41%,post haste, if possible.
Sincerely,
A fed up bitch.😘

Pleasure's been great at least too. Started masturbating at week 5 and have had 3 screaming explosive orgasms since then. Order of magnitude more pleasurable and longer lasting than before, and i don't have to take frequent breaks because of erectile tissue bullshit. No mid-pleasure dissociation either which is amazing as heck.
I really want to know what he is interpreting as "screaming explosive orgasms", because for some reason (call it bigotry idk) I'm having trouble believing that cutting your dick and balls off is somehow enchancing your sexual experience.

UTIs are absurdly common post -phalloplasty. Ultimately, I'm left wondering what percentage of these patients are going to be peeing into catheters and urine drainage bags strapped to their legs in a decade or so. I bet it's above 50%.

Here's one from Tumblr. Again, here the surgeons operate on an unwell person and then completely wash their hands of the whole rotdog-pee-deficit situation when the expected results (hideous botching) occur.

These young women have self-inflicted bodily infirmities normally only seen in the very aged or crippled, and insurance has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for the privilege.

She also has "persistent depression with borderline personality disorder" and PTSD, and is so suicidal she's about to start ketamine infusions to try to help the depression. Good thing she had that lifesaving, gender-affirming phalloplasty what fixed all her problems.

Insurance and the dwindling taxpayer base. The number of these useless leeches of every age on disability getting a free self-mutilation ride at the expense mainly of those who didn't vote for it makes me mad at the universe.

It's easy for young people to believe that you can just continue on like that indefinitely- uncomfortable, having to take meds, but getting along alright.

You cannot.

Many a severely disabled, elderly, or chronically ill person has succumbed to one UTI too many. The straw that broke the camel's back. The immune system could not hold it back any longer and it went septic.

It's like a cat with 9 lives. Eventually you run out of luck.

And the surgeries create scar tissue, every time you go back for another "revision" you increase the odds of that mega-blockage that ends it all.

They will die a bit younger than they would have from this, and a bit younger from the hormones. I wouldn't be surprised if their life expectancy ultimately loses a couple decades. The surgeries, infections, hormones, and honestly the osteoporosis- the broken hip that leads to the blood clot and that's it.

These are problems of people in their 70s and 80s. But these kids end up pushing fast forward and getting them in their 30s and 40s.

Same person as above.

I wonder exactly how much the life expectancy goes down. Along with everything you said, I would guess the mental health ramifications and perpetual stress from this kind of permanent self-inflicted illness may also play a role in the shortening of life expectancy, but there's no data on that that I'm aware of. I absolutely think we'll start seeing a measurable number of excess early deaths in a few decades that are directly attributable to trans medicine.

Also, the mortality rate following all elective surgical procedures averages about .2%, so at some point someone's going to roll the dice wrong.

She had a whole blog exclusively about her surgeries, which is here: https://phalloplastyadventure.tumblr.com

Friendly reminder that these maniacs claim these horrible surgeries are "medically necessary". Only in loones troon land is ruining healthy body parts & becoming disabled medically necessary.

She has interesting handwriting.

I have an injury acquired trying to win scholarships in high school which still hurts off and on almost 30 years later. The way these people see the human body and the medical establishment- it's just beyond my comprehension. They think it's like playing with Legos.

“Hey doc! I’m a true and Honest woman with the shoulders of a quarterback… Here’s an obscene amount of money, would it be possible to make my shoulders smaller and turn me into an uwu anime girl?”

“I’m afraid medical technology only goes so far… (/Looks at moneybags) But fortunately it goes juuust far enough to make an eh… ‘Shoulder reduction surgery!’ Why don’t you sign these waivers that exclude any possibility of a lawsuit and I’ll schedule it!”

I still can feel where I had IVs placed in my hands when I was in the hospital for 7 weeks FIFTEEN YEARS AGO. The pain is from scarred valves. It's not pleasant. And they are doing this shit to their BONES? The fuck.

Damn, that journal is so sad. I really do feel very sorry for this young woman.

And right on, that you can't live with a "small" health problem indefinitely. It gets worse with age. And eventually, anti-biotics don't work anymore.

I honestly don't believe that most of these patients are going to make it to their 70's and 80's. Maybe their 50's. And it's not like they're going to have good health right up until a certain point and just switch off to death. Nope. It's going to be a long, steep decline. It will just get worse and worse as the years go by. Compounded, too.

I know you can't just "reverse" a rot-dog surgery, but is it possible to remove it, so that patients have functioning urethras with no hair in them?

And I cannot, cannot CANNOT fucking believe that they're ever told to just get laser hair removal or electrolysis. You never get all the hair. Even with electrolysis. There's just always a few hairs leftover that the technician didn't get. This is fine when you have all the time in the world to just keep going back, or so little is left you aren't bothered by it. But if you really, REALLY need to not have hair, because you need a functioning urethra, you're well and truly fucked.

And for God's sake, laser hair removal isn't even legally permitted to be called "permanent." The FDA only permits it to be called "reduction." It's well known that it's not permanent hairlessness and that people generally require occasional touch-ups, like once or twice a year at least. The hair in treated areas does start growing back and it increases over time. Coupled with testosterone causing hirsutism, it's probably even worse.

Surgeons know perfectly well that each and every one of these women is going to have hairballs and ingrown hairs inside their neo-urethras. It is madness that this surgery is performed at all, on anyone. I'd sincerely rather have no genitalia whatsoever than one of those things.

TrenchTorso time!

I’m sorry, did her nipples rot off? She had what looked like nipples before with full blown fungal parties happening. Party is over now, apparently

I hate that this is the best neovag I’ve seen. I hate even more that I stared into the amhole…such horrors await.

Edit: repeated a word

I'd imagine even if they take off the flesh tube the damage is done to the urethra- the original source material is all scarred up from being joined with the addition, revised and infected however many times, then sawed back off.

"Considering my request was to be given prominent, well defined minora" yet I fucking bet you this is the type of guy to mock roasties.

Standing to pee as a woman is hard as is, without the urethra straw that goes into the rotdog. Our urethras aren’t as malleable as a man’s. This is why women have to squat to pee if they’re doing it outdoors; that’s just how our bodies are designed. Standing to pee is a stupid endeavor for women.

Why do we have to point out the obvious so fucking often with troons? Like holy shit. Ignoring biology will only get you so far.

Wait until he finds out what else is truly unnatural and awful and well outside the range of cis vaginas.

I want to know what he means about not having to take "frequent breaks because of erectile tissue bullshit" because I'm assuming he's just saying his dick no longer gets sore from masturbating constantly for hours since he doesn't have it anymore. I'm just glad he's now able to focus all his time on the important things in life though.

What I found the most disturbing (and least surprising) was this snippet from her other tumblr:

I googled Dr. Saltel and no, he's not even specialized in trans healthcare. Meaning in worst case scenario those three (four including op) transmen might have been 100 % of the trans patients he'd seen that week. Or he could have seen others with different types of complications and/or problems. But all complications are obviously super duper rare. :optimistic:

Archived version of op's phalloplasty tumblr.
Dr Santel's info page from the hospital's website. (Archive)

Dr. Saltel could have helped 4 actual men with problems instead of 4 insane women who ruined their bodies. Troons are wasting time & ressources that should have been used for normal people.
