So at the very least Powerchat has your PayPal email. I wish I could do more digging but I've never had any interaction with the PP API. Going by the documentation, upon authenticating with PayPal you can request user data and get pretty much a full dox

Yep, it depends. PayPal has 2 payment methods.
1. Friends and family, no 3% merchant fee imposed on the receiver. This gets you the name and email of the recipient.
2. Goods and services, 3% fee imposed on the receiver, your full dox is sent because the merchant needs a shipping address to supposedly send goods out to.

So depending on how PayPal is integrated, multiple parties could have access to the dox.

PayPal integration seems extremely limited. Same as Google Pay. You only see what the user filled in on the paypig form.

My bet is that the info is coming from the PayPal emails alone. There are plenty of tools out there to scrape where an email address is being used on social media etc.
