No such thing as a negligent discharge on a drunk driver. That being said I think that's literally the worst fuck up I've ever seen by a pig. You throw any random jackass into the same situation and get a better result most of the time.

The hate on Venezuelans are growing up with each day in South America in general.
I'm still waiting when those types of acts gonna be replicated in Chile. In one of the north regions a group of citizens burned a entire inmigrant camp 1 year ago.
Hopefully someday...

Cop was a total pro. How do you shrug off a knife attack at such close range? 99% of people would be fried from the adrenaline rush, like that woman cop who had a meltdown in a similar situation.

This is why police departments need to be setting aside more of their budget to offer sign on bonuses for combat vets instead of hunting for diversity hires. The difference between this guy and pretty much any video involving a female officer ever is night-and-day.

And yes, I am just guessing that he's a vet, but I'd be very surprised if he wasn't. There's a certain way of reacting to life threatening situations that can only be only be achieved through repeated and prolonged exposure.

I haven't checked in on them for some time but basically the prosecution didn't want it going to court because they knew they had no case under Texas law and so they kept delaying the case and offering plea deals that the Dumpster Defenders kept turning down.
