Arin Hanson / Egoraptor / Grump - "Hey I'm Grump!" of Game Grumps fame, hypocritical SJW doxer, shat himself recording a let's play

I've seen a couple of episodes with Dan in them and Arin's laugh doesn't sound as genuine, some of it is really forced. People's voices change but it's one of those things you can just tell, like a smile not being genuine by the eyes. Pick a random Dan episode then compare it to the laughs in Pokemon Emerald, hell, just compare the two Pokemon episodes together.
Dan and Arin's dynamic comes across as a shitty version of Penn and Teller. Once the camera turns off they definitely just instantly stop talking to each other and never hang out outside of work. Considering I've never once seen a picture or video of them ever hanging out after work, I'm pretty confident in that assumption. Difference, obviously, being that Penn and Teller are funny

The real difference is that people were genuinely surprised Penn and Teller were just in it for the gig and didn't care about each other outside of work. Hell, people were surprised with how much things soured between Arin and Jon since their chemistry was so good.

Only the most deluded of fans are surprised that Arin and Dan don't give a single fuck about each other, because they have such little chemistry and its so obvious that they are both phoning it in (Dan way more than Arin).

I wonder if we're going from Penn and Teller, mutual agreement to just do the job for the cash, but no real hatred or resentment. To a Adam Savage and Jamie Hynamin. The mythbusters. It came out near the ass end of the show, that those two basically loathed each other, and refused to basically work with one another after the show ended.

I'll give credit to Savage and Hynamin. They're at least honest that they don't really give a shit about each other. They didn't pull the bullshit that Drake & Josh did; the whole, "S-see guys? We're like best friends off-camera!".
Arin and Dan just seem way too different from each other to do anything outside of work, and actually enjoy it.

After all, one is a bumbling shell of a man who habitually kisses pride ass to stay relevant when the same 2 "poopy-ass-dicks" jokes don't land for the nth time, and the other is a stoner who pumps and dumps fans who are retarded enough to think he has any modicum of charisma at all.

Arin and Dan are pretty much oil and water, but they really just don't care as long as money is still rolling in.

understandable jamie was smart as hell and adam goes around on twitter spewing the most retarded shit while dodging people who say his sister accused him of touching her

Arin went through a period a few years ago (2018, maybe?) where he would do this really annoying fake bray, like "hah-Hah-HAH!" I remember him doing it in the Madden videos a lot. I don't remember him doing it in Generations, so maybe he stopped now?

Arin’s little rant about Detroit in the penultimate Sonic Genrations playthough is hilarious and retarded.
Like he knows anything about sociopolitical issues.
Dan even says “It was because of the auto industry right?” which is of course correct.
But then Arin comes in and says in a slightly condescending tone “Well, it’s because of suburbanisn.”

His “All of America has potential to be beautiful. There’s just been really bad decisions made by really powerful people.” thing was equally as hilarious. Like bruh shut the fuck up Arin.

Stupid Californiaian hilariously blames the shit state of Detroit on "suburbanism". Dan's answer is at least in the same orbit of correct even if he clearly doesn't fully understand the whys and hows.

Arin's ego (not meant to be a pun) yet again highlights his intense stupidity.

I always got the impression Adam was jealous of Jamie's intellect. Jaime also owned the warehouse and property they shot the show in. Jaime was an actual engineer who handled the hard technical stuff with help from Grant (RIP), while Adam just did the simple things for the most part.

Adam always came off as an annoying sperg. I will admit their dynamic was fun to watch and Adam wasn't a complete moron but I definitely think there was some resentment on Adams side.

Oh and Also Arin is a sell out lazy unfunny faggot who sucks at video games and thinks way too much of himself. Ego really is something. People get a following for some shallow vapid thing like gaming, comedy, or acting and all the sudden think they can comment on more complex topics based on reading article headlines and twitter. Its this modern day attitude of getting in a circle jerk community and equating follows and likes by their braindead fans to being in the right.

Imagine any one of these celebrities having to actually deliver on a practical goal or build something. They can't. They are completely useless.

ya i notice a ton of people who get popular for playing video games and making fake reactions go down that path arin, markiplier, asmongold

It's not really a new thing. Celebrities have been getting involved in politics since...probably forever. It's more of a reflection on society where people would rather get political advice from someone who studied acting then someone who studied politics.
i find it more annoying as no matter who the celeb is actor or youtuber/twitch streamer you can only say the same safe opinions and if its a streamer and anyone points out the logic flaws *mods ban that troll* *see guys im smart no one can disprove what i say*

To be fair, most so-called experts in any given field — the social sciences in particular — are fairly useless as well. With actual academics I imagine it has a lot to do with them having tunnel vision because of their in-depth focus on one area of study, combined with the arrogance that comes from fraternizing with their namby-pamby peers in academia.

American president Theodore Roosevelt's advisor on racial relations, Booker T. Washington — a true man of the soil — complained in his time about black academics who "understood ideas, but not things" (I'm paraphrasing). Naturally, those black academics praised the gospels of marxism, which would supposedly lift their black brethren from the shackles of poverty and discrimination. Booker had no formal education, having lived a rough life, but could instantly recognize what a bunch of useless faggots his black brothers in academia were. They simply did not understand things, i.e. reality.

When such particularly useless people as YouTubers become uppity and arrogant, vastly overestimating their capabilities because they upload videos of themselves playing videogames with edgy commentary, and start spouting useless political drivel about matters that are far above their paltry level of understanding, you can really only pity them, and despair at the fact that hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people apparently take what these bottom of the barrel morons say seriously.

Certain places are always going to be shitholes, Arin. Detroit is one of them. No, suburbanism has nothing to do with why Detroit is shit.
