This is a Class 1 Misdemeanor, it's literally the highest thing they can hit him with and the same tier as his revenge porn. VA is brutal with Reckless Driving / Endangerment.

He has probably hired a traffic lawyer for around $50-100 plus whatever that ticket will cost. So I doubt he will be in court for a speeding ticket.

It's at least 35 mph over the speed limit in a 30 mph zone, which makes it reckless driving, a class 1 misdemeanor, the most serious class of misdemeanor. Now it's possible like other things charged this way, he can just pay it and forget it, and if so, that's what the ticket will have said.

But he hasn't yet. So he could just blow it off, being the loser he is. It's certainly worth keeping track of.

It's reckless driving. Usually that's exactly what they do. That's what they do with normal people. Ragepigging has a way of making that not happen.

So don't get your hopes up too much, but at least there's a possibility of a gunt sighting if there isn't one before then.

I think it's safe to say the speeding ticket and it's implications are the reason Ralph has been unhinged lately and extra paranoid about the gunt hunt and theories about May.

IIRC the deal was that they would suspend the sentence, but if he commits another crime - or is a general menace - this sentence could come into play. Meaning it could get him sent to prison.

Will it? No clue, some people have said VA are shit hot on deal with these sorts of crimes - but I won't hold my breath.

Regardless of any other circumstance, Meigh would never get child support from Ralph. Just look at Xander. Men, actual men who are functioning members of society that aren't degenerate gambling alcoholic NEETs and internet panhandlers take care of their children and pay their debts. Regardless how he feels about Faith and the entire Vickers clan Xander is his first born son and he hasn't given him a penny. He hasn't even opened a savings account for him. He hasn't purchased a single diaper or baby wipe. Fuck, Meigh gave birth and the only thing Ethan bought for Rozy was a onesie from his first lisbon beatdown. She drove 9 months pregnant literal seconds away from giving birth 500 miles or 8 hours, alone, to get the bare essentials from her parents. Even if ralph hit the lottery he will not give Meigh a penny once they're no longer together. The funniest part would be if Meigh thought Ralph would treat her and rozy any different than faith and xander.
