What would you guys rate as the golden DSP era? I discovered him in 2019 and was just blown away to hear his Chris-Chan voice back then complaining about everything and hearing him endlessly shit talk YouTube and every inane shit. Nowadays I find him rather depressing with his boomer cluelessness but back then he still had some rage inside him.

For me, early 2010s all the way to the Pandalee breakup(he was pretty much angry at the world at that point). The entertainment value has greatly diminished ever since he heavily relied on stream chat, moved Kat in, looked up guides ahead of time, and avoided games that would challenge him.

The Panda Lee Era was awesome, and more generally, before he came to streaming. His "raw gameplay khantent" where he didn't even edited his hours of goofiness, and vulgar displays of sheer stupidity were gold. The TIHYDP back then (MGS2, MGS3, RE Rebirth and akin) were insane too. First time I saw one, in 2013, I couldn't believe it.

Since, the Panda Left episode then Twitch, back and forth, then Youtube, back and forth, the spirit has slowly faded away. He's now a pure hollow shell, running in circles of beg, lie, beg, snort, pigsplaining, beg, rince, repeat, in his gray ahffice, with his gray skin, his gray hair(s), his gray mind.

Everyday he raises a knife to a picture of a life. His.

But hey!, he's still a solid reminder of what not to do and be to not suck at life. He's been inspirational to me, not in the way he can even fathom or admit but nevertheless... He's my own private depressing buffoon, and I love him for that.

Yeah Phil was being fed well during this time so his loop was sustainable entertainment for everyone. Nowadays it is hard to tell if it's even worth watching him and now all the good channels are being axed that summarize the streams(Rip Bacon Sweats).

Now he's doing everything to keep this erratic payout with a complete neutered lifestyle that reflect hard on his "job". He has said way too much over the years that he has painted a very sad picture for everyone. Dude is struggling hard to stay afloat despite the numbers being good.

My point is this - the long term isolation has harmed Phil in ways he doesn't understand. Do I feel sorry for the guy? Hell no. Quite possibly the dumbest thing to come out of Phil's mouth is him giving off the idea these terms of services don't hold up because no one would read them. It's a real shame Phil never got an in-court session for his bankruptcy with this robust knowledge of the legal system.

It's just like any other contract; just because you put a signature at the end of the document along with the "Read and approved" part, doesn't mean it would ever hold up in court. Because, can they really prove you actually read the contract? Aside of the part where you signed it, acknowledging you read the contract?

He may have a point but it is still a retarded assumption to assume, "Your honor, my client simply ignored the TOS and clicked the checkmark. The reason why they exist is because they are enforceable, the only time they are not is when they conflict with the law. Saying "I don't want to read it" doesn't make it void.

Edit: This game is fucking retarded, this story is so cringe, the main characters barricaded themselves inside of a building with hostages and the police has them surrounded, the mother of one of the characters shows up to the scene and says "move out of the way sheriff my kid is in there" or something similar and just walks through the police barricade and no one stops her, this is so fucking retarded 2/10 story, video game story telling is bad in general but this sucks, it's has the same quality as those disney movies that go straight into DVD.
