You kind of should feel like a failure when looking at the numbers that define how well your business is doing and they are in the toilet. A smart or hell just motivated businessman would then think of a way to turn it around, but not MB.

I'll clarify a bit because I didn't really explain it much. The segment was about how YouTube drowns you in analytic data and pressures you by saying things like "this video isn't doing as well as the last one" based on nothing other than the 6 trillion stats it tracks. Geoffs point (and what he should be made fun of over) is that he expects the meaningless data to to trend one way and it's not, and that he wastes time and energy staring at those stats.

I've uploaded a couple of videos with success ranging from "A friend I share the video with watched it" to "A bunch of fellow kiwis opened the video and saw the immediate joke and closed the video having seen 3% of it". That said, YouTube offers me a metric ton of data that is completely worthless. Knowing how people found the video is worthless, knowing how much they watched is worthless, knowing at what time frame someone clicked "Like/Dislike" is worthless. The data has no influence on fucking anything, and there's not tangible way to use that data to make yourself more successful.

So he's just like every other lying piece of shit feminazi who doesn't admit that the reason only 2% of rape claims go to court is because we just don't know if the other 98% are true or not. And not even all of those that go to court are true. So, realistically, that 98% can be a ton of false claims, but we just don't know. The idea they are "uncommon" is flat out bullshit. There is nothing that actually supports that they are or aren't.

He was upset over the rape like a good white knight. A lot of people were at the time but he was beating the drum the loudest despite the fact that the first episode of Goblin Slayer was a masterclass in establishing your tone, themes, stakes, and character. It's a shame they pissed it all away and went down the generic fantasy RPG harem shit route later on.

As far as I know (I didn't watch the anime nor even am interested in doing as such), the first season got into controversy about the first few episodes for two reasons: The false rape allegations, and slavery.

It feels even weirder to bring the issue up about false rape allegations in the second season though, unless there is another plot point about it, and even as such this "false rape allegations" was like old news and I don't even recall people bringing it up about the show until now.

Admittedly I haven't finished season 2 because it's honestly pretty meh, but no. Rape doesn't come up again outside of tangentially by someone mentioning Bitch. Geoff saw season 2 was finally dropping and went with the only thing he could think of.

The main character ends up in a kingdom which is ruled over by a matrilineal monarchy, rape is the worst crime anyone can commit in this kingdom. One of the side characters pretends to be into the main character romantically and helps him out in order to get close to him and fuck him over, this is part of a massive conspiracy that goes straight to the very top of the kingdom's religious power structure and is a ploy to destroy him since that church believes he's a demon in human form.

It makes sense in context, but like I said, Jeff is the textbook definition of a white knight simp.
