Defendant: Ethan Oliver Ralph - Ethan Ralph's Documented Legal Troubles & Other Court Docs

On the one hand, it's hard to believe a moving violation would unsuspend a sentence. If it was a DUI then I could see it, but I think it's a lot of wishful thinking that he will face any serious repercussions for this. However the timing of it and Ralph's abrupt all-out retreat/going into hiding is curious and by no means a coincidence. Add that to his increased day drinking and something is stressing him out.

Unfortunately we'll probably never find out the truth because he's a lying nigger and doesn't have any friends or someone even close enough to him to know what's actually going on. I'm positive he is not telling Meigh the truth or the whole story either, which is probably a good move because she is a retarded woman and her puny brain can not understand complicated legal matters.

It’s not just a “moving violation”, though. It’s a Class A misdemeanor, the most serious class of misdemeanor in VA. Punishable by up to a year in jail. ChrisChan’s incest charge is currently a Class A misdemeanor, (Incest in VA is a “wobbler” charge that can either be prosecuted as the lowest level of felony or the highest level of misdemeanor), to give you an idea of the severity of the charge.

NORMALLY, a person would be able to hire a lawyer and get this pled down but Gunt has a lot of prior convictions/criminal history so there’s no guarantee that he’d be able to get that EVEN IF Gunt was able to afford and knew where to find competent representation.

I don’t think he’s going to prison over it and I’m 50%-50% over whether he gets just a couple weeks or his suspended sentence comes into play but a Class A misdemeanor charge in VA isn’t a traffic ticket. It’s serious. The fact that Gunt has remained silent about it instead of pwning the haterz by bragging about how he’ll beat the charge because he’s the Ralphamale demonstrates that even Gunt understands how serious it is

This fat subhuman nigger copped yet another charge and has to haul his ass into court. I'm not even baffled at this point, I just expect him to commit crime and go to court like it's a normal thing to do.
His own for Rekieta was that Ralph spent more time in a court room than a lawyer. He sees this white trash behavior as some sort of a win

The law lately has been coming down harder than it has in the past on cows. Our beloved milk machines have skirted justice for so long, but when you look at Chris being in jail for a year, Yaniv getting slapped left and right by the courts (with more to come) and a few others I Am not familiar with being thrown in jail lately, it is becoming clearer that the Luck of the Cow is running low. And I blame DSP for that. I think he must have sacrificed a goat or something when he committed bankruptcy fraud and collectively used up all the Cow Luck.

Ralph is dancing on the line of completely fucked, to where he could get hit with a large fine, jail, loss of license, etc...

He has a lawyer who I think is decent. He gets in enough trouble to make it worth their while. But agree, typically he would be crowing about how his lawyer is a badass who will get this tossed and maybe even get the judge put in jail for daring to mess with him, but he hasn't quite figured out how to spin this into a W yet.

Probably due to different states and lender requirements. I have financed two cars and the first did not require full coverage.

It also depends on the car, older shitboxes don't even qualify for more than liability insurance so financers really can't force full coverage in that instance. I remember going to buy a shitbox when I was in college and the bank offering their own coverage of about 500$ for the term of the loan since the vehicle itself only qualified for liability. But generally newer vehicles, like what Ralph has, will usually need full coverage to be financed.

As much as I'd like for Ralph to go to jail for 6-12 months, nothing ever happens. What's actually going to happen is that he'll use the legal fund he has set aside for just these occasions and a lawyer will drop it down to a lower charge with a large fine to pay.

Traffic court is usually meatball stuff, very lucrative for the town, but not very serious most times.( outside of DUI or similar) While ralph is a menace to society and a danger to himself and other drivers, more than likely he’ll see the persecutor before court and suck for all he’s worth for a reduced charge. ( this is not uncommon, although they will often make you pay the fine for the original offense.)
So, unless he gets a secret alawg or judge dredd, he should escape with a fine. and whatever his cumulative past offenses call for.( license suspension, driver classes, surcharge, etc.)

I'd also just find it really funny if something as mundane as speeding is what finally broke the camel's back.
It would take an astoundingly stupid retard to manage to somehow end up in prison over speeding.

That's why I remain cautiously optimistic, even though it probably won't happen.
There's no way the pig wasn't positive for something. Did I missed something here? Are you not testing road criminals in the US?
I'm assuming he got astoundingly lucky and they caught him in a rare sober moment. Maybe he'd run out of liquor the night before and hadn't yet obtained more.
You need to pay $500 annually to drive without insurance in Virginia.
Also, you typically cannot drive a financed car without insurance.
The liability coverage (what most states require not the $500 fee in Virginia you mention) is for the benefit of the general public and anyone you hit, not yourself. Banks insist on coverage of a vehicle of any value to protect their own interests, so if you crash your car like the piece of shit you are if you're Ethan Ralph, they don't lose any money.

An exception might be those "dealers" who have a stable of shitbox cars they sell month-to-month cash to crackheads and degenerates, where they usually take it back after the crackhead stops paying and then rent it to another crackhead (it is supposedly a purchase but these losers never finish paying). Those vehicles are generally worth about nothing.

Most likely scenario is that he's gonna get fined and probably have his license suspended.

Is any impending legal action likely to yield a current address in publicly available documents?
That is an excellent question. Due to the fact this is a Class 1 Misdemeanor, the offense is a criminal matter and would not go to traffic court but a criminal court instead. This opens the possibility of probation. It would require him to list his primary address on court docs at the end of his trial date.

Frankly, it‘s a miracle he hasn’t killed anyone yet, but if he carries on like this he inevitably will.
I'll gladly take tophats and trashcans for saying this, but I unironically hope the only person he kills while driving recklessly and acting like a general white trash menace is himself.

I just hope he wraps his car around a tree or something and and does not plow straight into a car with children n it.

I hope Ralph doesn't end up in jail, his fuckups are always entertaining and jail would put him in a box where he has to behave. Sure he'll be funny when he gets out and immediately drinks all the liquor and does all the drugs to make up for lost time, but who wants to wait 6 months? I guess if he does end up in jail, which I doubt he will, the inevitable alog conflicts that will happen because they have nothing to talk about will probably be pretty funny.
