Everyday Feminism - aka Everyday Autism

Everyday Feminism is the gift that keeps on giving.

You probably have a few questions by now. The answers are: a) yes, there's a comic; b) yes, it's every bit as bad as you expect, and; c) yes, she wrote a comic about "neurotypical privilege."

At least a schizophrenic, I mean, a person with schizophrenia, should actually feel at home there.

“I’m proud of my severe cognitive dysfunction and inability to tell what’s real and what isn’t!”

EDIT: Holy shit, this woman is full of these awful comics. Here's one about how she copes with her suicidal thoughts.

Is it wrong that Politically Incorrect Man makes a few good points in this comic?
I notice they chose the most innocuous and polite examples of "political incorrectness" for PIM to defend. You'd think they would have chosen vicious 4chan-style trolls to represent their opposition, but they can't even strawman worth shit.

Their readers would be triggered by the kind of shit a true 4chan shitlord would say.

That's a good point and PIM was civil and actually kind of polite. He didn't scream at or belittle anyone.

This article makes some good points (http://everydayfeminism.com/2016/02/classism-latinx-communities/ (Achieve is being a dick)), but part of me feels like these people have a disgust towards successful POCs unless they're athletes, in the entertainment industry or SJW spokespeople. They're accused of "assimilation", having it easy or "privileged". That hard work is ok for the authors of these articles, but these people shouldn't show pride in not being and refusing seeing their race as victims.

The lower class shouldn't be mocked like that and there should be more kindness and understanding. Not to mention that the bootstraps theory can be very naive at times. But I hate how these authors would rather focus on helplessness, failure and "oppression" instead of POC triumphs, hard work and hope. Thus, anyone who focuses on the positives and is at least partially successful is part of the system that supports the oppressors. There is no sin in getting help, but a chunk of it relies on you as well.

The idea that oppression can be overcome without their help goes very strongly against the SJW narrative. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of social and economic factors that can stack the deck against you, and a lot of these are unjust. But EF in particular seems to get off on telling their audience that they are weak, fragile, and helpless.

Pretty much everyone who writes for these things comes from a middle class families and entrenched wealthy positions, you can see it in their writing style and hand ringing approach to class. Not to mention the way they put working class people on a pedestal beyond critique while being accidentally condescending about them .
Working class people tend to be a lot more aware of the actual social problems at the bottom of the ladder and their attitudes and sentiments ironically tend to be a bit more neunced since they have to live with actual problems such as poverty and genuine inter culture tensions. Or focused on practical problems such as "do I have enough money to pay the gas?"

This fun comic puts in all in perspective, with the adventures of Politically Incorrect Man – a hero to people who think they’re “oppressed” by political correctness. Politically Incorrect Man is looking out for all of those who wish to say whatever they want without any consequences.
"Without consequences?"

Nigga please. Your asses have been trying to keep people from even preemptively offending others through your use of block lists, auto-filters, no platform policies, and all the other heinous Göbbelsian shit you've been sucking down like it was brewed by Jim Jones. Don't even pretend your Minority-Report asses actually want to go through the work of dealing with anything of greater substance than thoughtcrime.

Trigger warning that, hoe.
