Gambling streamer TrainWreck announced a partnership with Rise Above the Disorder, a non-profit that provides access to mental health care for those who can't normally access it. Ostonox made a tweet about how it's ironic for a streamer that many claim to cause gambling addiction is partnering with a mental health organization. In response, Train called him a "pipsqueak, irrelevant fuck".

At this point transgenders aren't even identifying as the opposite gender anymore. You can see it with Keffals easily, he doesn't attempt to identify himself as a woman first in even the slightest bit. His whole identity and persona are entirely centered around how he is a tranny, with the woman part an afterthought.

He shares no culture with women, he shares little to no physical similarities to women (besides being obese), he doesn't talk or act like a woman, and he makes zero attempts to mitigate any of this. At this point in the craze it doesn't matter though since trying to define what even is a woman is now transphobic.
