Yep, residue from estrogen patches, and from the size I’d guess Estradot 100mg patches. I use them, and the standard protocol for a woman is changing the patch every 3.5 days. So assuming troons follow the same pattern, that is several weeks worth of dirt-coated adhesive residue he’s proudly flashing there.
