Baked entered into a congressional office without permission on video. It would have been extremely difficult for him to dodge a trespassing violation on that one. No cops were waiving him into that office. The grannies that wondered around the capital inside the red velvet ropes are a different case.

That said, what the Feds consider what has to do with Jan. 6th could be all encompassing. People or groups "suspected" of being involved in Jan. 6th. They will have access to everything in his account. Does this even have an end date? All they have to do is show Facebook that they have permission to access his account. He might have communicated with Fuentes at some point in the future.
Keep in mind that if Baked is a part owner of PowerChat, then maybe all of that information is compromised too as part of Bake's snitch deal. If you were the Feds, why wouldn't you demand it all? America First was there. Power Chat is social media. America First sends superchats on Power Chat.
