tl;dr before stream starts in earnest:

Only evidence is a discord screenshot of two people who were working with Senzawa on some voice acting stuff saying she flaked on them or things just weren't working out generally (I can't remember), and in the conversation one of the guys says she had a boyfriend (which was implied to be that one swedish guy I think) and that he didn't know if they had broken up or not.

I put as much stock in that as anyone else that I've worked with knowing my relationship status lol.
