All they would have to do is turn off life support. No benzos or opioids required. He’s brain stem dead, so won’t feel pain and doesn’t need a respiratory depressing drug - his baseline respiration rate is zero 💀

People receive abuse on this website when they say really stupid shit. If you're hesitant about joining, just lurk a bit more. Figure out the environment and how you fit in. This was not the hospitals idea this is an idea Hollie has been bringing up in every proceeding. It relates to her belief that they are sedating him without her knowledge.

My speculation- to fire up her dupes into believing that the evil doctors are starving her boy so he can’t wake up because reasons, probably future lawsuit.
To Hollie- what kind of mother posts photos of their son’s ventilated corpse on FB? Also change your outfit you look like a grave digging heifer.

I don't think that the intended audience is really meant to process the 'starving' stuff - especially as she's still saying he's absorbing feeds and gaining (but not at the same time) weight. Also, I don't think she's smart enough to just be implying stuff. she'd be raising hell about this directly. Her army are meant to see Hollie in a positive light as a mother who's doing everything to care for her son and promoting him to wake up, including leg exercises or whatever it is.

I think there's been a post where she said the hospital wasn't allowing her to bring in her own specialist for the leg/feet stuff? I'd check but I'm far too lazy to be going through DFA's countless posts and comments that have no substance to them

If he were gaining weight on his feeds, he wouldn't be looking as skeletal as he does. The average internet denizen is not as stupid as Hollie, so it's an easy to dismiss lie.

After brain death, is it possible to gain weight in any way? Or do you just lose it all as everything decomposes?

Fuck me this thread is depressing. When I first read about it in the papers I thought there was something off about the way they were talking about him hanging himself but I just put it down to the family not wanting to admit he straight up killed himself. Huge, huge speculation here but I wonder if Archie's sexuality was a factor. Hollie tries to insult Tom (the half-brother in those horrifying FB back and forth comments) by saying he's a "batty boy".
In the most recent judgement (15th July) Justice Hayden notes that he has "broken a few hearts" and has cards from ex-girlfriends, but being a straight dude who gets a lot of girls is going to be the expectation for him. If he deviated from this norm, maybe he felt a lot of shame.
