They're not figures, they're standees. Standees and figures are two completely different things but sell well enough if the demand is there (and it is, they've been sold out before). Half the HH/HB roster would look horrendous in 3D anyway.

There was a nice thread in /co/mblr about industry people who browse 4chan, one anon in particular claims to be deep in the animation industry and posted alot of spicy stories, there's one that stood out from the rest, even though he didn't said what show it was, by connecting the dots there's a very high chance he's talking about viv and hazbin, so, for prosperity (and to see if these posts were legit in the end) i'm posting what he said here.

I love drama as much as the next poster but these strike me as the generic "insider" stories you see crop up on 4chan that are baseless, also if true these could apply to a lot of other shows and lady showrunners.

Especially considering we know that Vivzie is fairly ontop of helluva it makes no sense she would just not care about Hazbin, now her being a perfectionist sure I can see that but her being Idle doesn't really match up.

Yeah, Helluva's success and ability to pump out (almost) an entire season with a second on the way really punches a hole in the theory that this anon is talking about Viv.

This is ignoring that everyone of these Cartoon showrunner spergs are fucking train wrecks who cause massive internal drama and problems by being stupid and lazy. So its genuinely hard to tell who this is.
