Holy fuck. I've always had a feeling he definitely still played, especially after the bank leaks. But for him to just blatantly leave it out like this is so unreal. I would have never thought he would be this fucking stupid.
The only thing is I hope his pigroach luck doesn't save him here. His dents have probably seen this and yet I bet they will still send him money.

I think he can never do this because it confirms bankruptcy fraud. I think self preservation will always be #1 here. He can't deny it. We saw it. He can't confirm it - potential jail time and having to pay back all of that debt.
It's a lose lose for him. His best bet is to ignore it.
But in a perfect world - he comes clean and we get to laugh and remove our tinfoil hats.
Edit: potential jail time if he came clean and then multiple people contacted the appropriate parties and reported him for fraud. Obviously the courts don't follow the people they granted bankruptcy to. If something happens you can report it the Office of the U.S. Trustee of the Department of Justice via email to: USTP.Bankruptcy.Fraud@usdoj.gov

Not only that but because his whales are easily amused and are more interested in fighting the imaginary trolls, Phil has no reason to improve his content or change his habits. Phil knows that no matter what he says or does, his fans will support him. Bank leaks, Champions, lie on top of lie and abuse. He doesn't need to be good at Street Fighter or even try because Jaxx is going to bomb the stream with $100 regardless. He would rather entertain the five whales for short term funds, than put in the work to get more fans long term.
When you have this kind of an audience, the bar is low as with the expectations. I'd feel sorry for them except most of them know full well of his addictions and lies yet still support him.
