I think he can never do this because it confirms bankruptcy fraud. I think self preservation will always be #1 here. He can't deny it. We saw it. He can't confirm it - potential jail time and having to pay back all of that debt.
It's a lose lose for him. His best bet is to ignore it.
But in a perfect world - he comes clean and we get to laugh and remove our tinfoil hats.
Edit: potential jail time if he came clean and then multiple people contacted the appropriate parties and reported him for fraud.
