Have been reading this thread for like 2 days now and I gotta say, while I do feel a tad bad for them, I can't help but laugh at their misery. Nothing widespread and the idea of sexual pleasure from a neovagina makes no anatomical sense: All of the nerve endings in the penis are in the glans which gets shaved down and rearranged into the "clitoris" so the easiest way by far to get sexual stimulation would be through oral sex or masturbation. The only way an SRS vagina might be pleasurable would be through prostate stimulation but that will still be extremely difficult since HRT shrinks the prostate, there's no guarantee the dick (well, the dick that wasn't turned inside out) would even hit the prostate, and some men just don't feel anything from prostate stimulation regardless (this is not just conjecture, I have gay friends and some of them stick to oral because of this).

I am also curious about this. On a similar note, I am curious as to why, in specific, TiMs think that once they get a faux vagina via surgery they will automatically be equal in the dating pool to normal women--in other words, do they really think men will just go for their faux vaginas? Check the r/detrans sub on reddit. There are some females who have gotten implants to replace their yeeted teets, and even a couple who have gotten FFS or vocal surgery to try to undo the damage. A few males who have gotten their moobs chopped. But mostly it's females.
