Defendant: Ethan Oliver Ralph - Ethan Ralph's Documented Legal Troubles & Other Court Docs

I think what Vickers is saying is that Ralph took a conviction for a sex offence when he didn't have to?

Apparently the DDA was shocked that Ralph plead no contest. What a gigantic self-own if true. Also fuck off Spectre:

Spectre is such a fucking retard. I really can't stand that faggot. He's so fucking smug yet he knows nothing and almost always gets everything wrong every step of the way.

Can someone with some legal know how explain this or is Vickers just likely talking out of his ass as per usual? You'd have to have some pretty shitty legal counsel to advise you to take a sex offense conviction on a charge you possibly could have skated on but then this is Ralph we're talking about so having a shitty lawyer or being too dumb to understand what you're doing is probably the worst course of action are not neccessarily earth shattering revelations

I legitimately don't know what Vickers is trying to say here, so I could not tell you. What I think Vickers might be saying is that the jurisdictional transfer from the original district court to the family court was in some way deficient due to reasons he either doesn't completely understand or is unable to properly articulate. Apparently, Vickers believes or was told that if Ralph was convicted at trial, he had some sort of procedural ground to allow his sentence to be vacated, which may be predicated on some nuances of Virginia law as he says that it's automatic in Virginia.

Without more information, I am just guessing, though.

Does this count as a violation of the restraining order? God, he's so fucking dumb. Also, she didn't already have him blocked? 🤔
