Anyone who expects these videos to roll out instantly is a dumb fuck. They've probably only just finished translating whatever jibberish Snyarlathotep said in April, plus they had to subtitle all of it for our YouTube entertainment.
I also assume they have videos from many sources, so they may be having to get written permission and verification to post videos technically owned by others. I don't deal with YouTube, but surely this "authorization" process may have something to do with rights and the legal ability to post the videos due to local laws since they were recorded with single-party consent. YouTube isn't gonna hustle for an unmonetized shit-stir account.

They don't need to translate/subtitle shit. Even if they do, there's no reason it takes weeks and weeks and months and months to do it. Unless the next clip is an hour long, there's no reason this couldn't have been knocked out in an afternoon, if that.
They don't need fancy editing. Even if they do, pay some dude on Fiverr to put it together.
If they don't have permission to use the clips, then don't release them until they do. Or don't release them at all. Or release them later. They don't need to splice together clips from multiple sources to make a documentary. They don't have to be organized for maximum impact or dramatic effect. Just drop the footage. It's really really easy to put a black bar over anything you don't want seen. That doesn't take days of editing to pull off.
And since when do you need YouTube's permission to post videos on YouTube? You think they're sending them to Susan for a once-over and an okay before they release them?
These people are relishing the only important thing to ever happen in their meaningless lives. And even that's not very important. All of this is 100% about the egos of these worthless women. And possibly monetization, I'll go that far.

I didn't assume it, but that makes the most sense because it was always extremely obvious that videos are being drip fed with trailers and all to build up the original view hours you need to achieve for monetisation. It was always the end goal. Not "helping women" or whatever the fuck. Just money and attention.
